September stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay, the location is great and very close to fun bars and restaurants! There is easy access to the beautiful and clean beach! The house slept everyone comfortably and we loved that there was a large kitchen table and enough seating for everyone! We do wish the house came better equipped (beach towels, beach chairs, etc) and the check in time is pretty late. There was a leak while we were there that caused issues with the AC and we were impressed with how quickly it was resolved.

The property was absolutely beautiful and nicely maintained. There was direct access to the beach. The house was somewhere around 200 yards from the beach. Pristine white sand. The view of the beach was unobstructed from the house. You should know three of the bedrooms were small with 2 twin beds. These would be great for kids but not so much for adults. The outdoor pool area is great with a large bar area. The management company quickly dealt with a couple small maintenance issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year for a family reunion at Dolphin House, and just like last year, it was a perfect stay. Paradise took care of any questions we had in super-speedy time. How much did we enjoy our stay? We booked a third time for 2027.BTW - the view from the deck is tremendous since there are no houses to block it.

April Wedding

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house was great and beautiful when we arrived everything was tidy and looked very clean. We had our wedding reception in the backyard and decorated and it turned out absolutely beautiful with a palm trees in the backyard and the tiki bar. Weather was overall pretty good a little chilly in the morning and at night so I would recommend heating the pool in an early April to have a comfortable swim. We were told that we will receive an initial supply of supplies such as toilet paper, laundry soap, and dish soap etc. And we did not receive any of the laundry soap or dryer sheets. I did contact them and they were very quick to respond and said we could come to the office and pick some up but we already had went to the store to get some. I would recommend for them to give more kitchen towels. We were given three for all week and had to keep washing them. The house did seem very clean, but we did notice some gnats around the house during our stay. But again overall, we loved our stay and everyone had a great time, it is really close to lots of restaurants and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch.

Thrilled to Cal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at The Dolphin House! Our group of 19 (18 adults and one toddler) had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The location was perfect—right across from the beach with easy access, and close to grocery store and restaurants. The front porch quickly became a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee and evening chats. The pool was another highlight—we even had a fun pool party during our stay. We also loved the ample parking underneath the house, which made it easy for everyone to come and go.The beach was just steps away, and we made the most of it by playing volleyball, walking the shore, and soaking up the sun. Between the porch time, the pool, and the beach, The Dolphin House gave us so many opportunities to relax and connect as a family.Highly recommend this home for any large family or group looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Dolphin House Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked Dolphin House over Labor Day weekend for family reunion. Everyone voted to return next year they loved it so much. Big attraction was the ability to see the ocean and easy beach access. The only problem was a stove that only offered three working burners and unreliable heat on the working three. Were such a large group it’s impossible to eat out so we were very dependent on the kitchen. Easy fix though (hopefully) and it didn’t keep us from returning next year.
Response from VrboOwner on 5 September 2025
Thank you for your review. We are so glad Dolphin House was the perfect spot for your family reunion and that everyone is already planning to return. We are very sorry about the stove and want you to know we would have been more than happy to send someone out right away to fix it during your stay. We never want our guests to deal with issues like that, which is why our team is always available to help and make sure everything is just right. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back next year. Paradise Beach Homes

Dolphin House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location are beautiful and had all of the amenities that our family of 17 of four generations experienced. However, upon arrival with a toddler being on the floor a lot, we all noticed that under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We found lots of dirt, dust, food wrappers, and even an old banana peel. I would ask that you encourage the cleaning crews to do a better job. Also, we had several people over the age of 55 who found the porch chairs and pool area chairs to be uncomfortable and difficult to get out of for them. The upstairs cubby rooms were perfect for our four grandchildren and was ideal with their own entertainment space. Our morning coffee looking at the Gulf was our favorite part of every day!
Response from VrboOwner on 12 August 2025
Thank you for your detailed feedback and for sharing the highlights of your stay. We apologize for the cleaning issues you encountered and will address this with our team right away. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house to address the cleaning issues. We're here to work for you! We appreciate your comments about the seating comfort and will keep that in mind for future updates. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the gulf views and the cubby rooms for the grandkids. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything on your next visit. Paradise Beach Homes

Fun Family Reunion Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at The Dolphin House! The kitchen is well-equipped for large family meals. The kids loved their very own mini bedrooms. Everything was clean, with the exception of the stairs leading to the second story were sticky. We were not able to use the pool as it isn’t heated, but I’m sure that would have been a hit if so. Overall this is a great property for a large group, and the views are incredible.

Great mult-family rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house for our group - nine families vacationing together. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the quiet area. Plenty of parking and space for beach gear. Both the porch and pool area were nice spots to gather in the morning and evenings. Suggestions from our group would be a few more barstools at the Tiki Hut and some tables for the pool area. Overall a great rental, no issues with maintenance, plenty of pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. for our group of 29.
