As a coveted end unit, windows on 3 of the 4 exterior walls provides plentiful natural light and fresh air. Enjoy a lovely ocean view and gentle Caribbean breezes as boats cruise by - from your own balcony or the pool deck.

The community boasts 3 pools, two of which are directly above the ocean cliff, as well as a small, secluded beach accessible by the famous spiral staircase on the property. On a clear day, you can see the island of Saba as well as other nearby islands. If you are looking for a bigger beach, a 10-minute walk or short drive finds you on Mullet Bay Beach, one of the most amazing beaches in the Caribbean. Kids of all ages love to watch the planes at the world famous Maho beach which is 1.1 miles away.

The fully air-conditioned unit has three full bedrooms with 4 beds:
• The master boasts a king bed, ceiling fan, attached updated bathroom with rain shower and modern hardware.
• The second King room has attached bath (also opens to the hall for sharing with the 3rd bedroom), a new AC unit, windows on two sides and dual ceiling fans. The bathroom has been fully updated with new hardware and a beautiful rain shower.
• The third bedroom is well suited for families or friends with a Twin over Full bunk bed, built in bureau and a small window to allow natural light.

The unit has been updated with a full-size washer and dryer and all linens and towels for your stay (beach and bath) are supplied.

The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, full-size cooktop and oven, plenty of cookware, toaster oven, blender, dual coffee maker that also takes Keurig pods, dishes, pool friendly glasses and a cooler for guest use. The bathrooms have been recently renovated with stunning tile and rain showers and modern lighting. The kitchen has also been updated with new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and lighting.

The unit has Wi-Fi throughout, a computer table with printer, and phones that can make/receive free calls to the US. There are two TVs – one in the main area (over 200 Satellite TV channels) and in the master bedroom with DVD players (connect to your own streaming services or games). A Bose sound bar can be connected via Bluetooth to your favorite music.

Our gated community is less than 10 minutes from the airport, a 5-minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores and has 24-hour security on premises. For unit and guest safety the unit has a security camera on the outside owner closet (as there is shared utilities in the closet) and a video door bell for remote assistance. For owner and guest privacy there are no cameras of any type inside the unit. In addition, the beach gate is secured with a combination lock for the security of the premises (code is provided for our guests).
Oceans SXM is located on the 2nd floor, with covered garage parking directly across from the unit. Come enjoy a beautiful condo with an amazing location, views of the ocean and your own private beach access! We have many lovely units in Rainbow Beach club, however this is one of the few 3 bedroom units and the the only 3bd that is an end unit with incredible views and light from the side windows.
