Summer lake house retreat! This home features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 11), 2 full baths, 1 half bath, living room upstairs and rec room downstairs. TV's in both living rooms. Fully furnished kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor firepit, deck with views of the lake, swing set for kids in the back yard and woods to explore! 50 feet of lakefront with large dock, chairs, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, a floating dock and more! NO pets, NO smoking! Plenty of parking. Lake is stocked with fishing for prime summer months and winter wonderland for those ice fisherman! You can walk the lake (about 2 miles) for a nice morning stroll in the summer or fall. 15 minute drive to Binghamton University (NY) & Downtown Binghamton. NY!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all bedding and place in blue clean hamper bags in bedrooms. Sweep the kitchen floor and wipe down counters.
Place all used bath towels in the shower area (or blue clean hamper bags) at the conclusion of your stay. Lower heat (if used) to 55 on all thermostats. Close and lock all windows and doors.
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run. Remove all garbage from the house to the garbage cans located in shed in the driveway. leave key on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House heating is electric baseboard and propane. Do NOT put anything near or on the heating units! NO use of boat during season.
Damage and incidentals: you will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Important Information: onsite parties are strictly prohibited. NO charging electric vehicles(EV’s) at property. No firepit use when ban is in affect.

Great hospitality

This house was a great get away for my family. Julie went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We will definitely look at coming back up there just next time we will shoot for summer so it won’t snow on us. Great place great stay.

Host was very kind and prompt with replies to questions. Home was cozy, clean, and had all amenities! Very spacious so we could spread out with ease and have privacy in large rooms/areas with Great Lake views! The living room furniture was very relaxing to settle into at the end of the day to watch a movie and to watch the 1st snow fall (for us) of the year!
