Penthouse unit 31'st floor with 12' ceilings, this unit sleeps 12 and has phenomenal ocean and beach views. Professionally decorated in coastal tones, this unit leads one directly to the balcony from the living area. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals has a complete kitchen, with all amenities. Three bedrooms each with a complete full attached bath is available for privacy and convenience. The living room has one queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom directly behind the kitchen-very easy access from the living room. The wet bar includes a new wine beverage refrigerator for guest convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed directly behind the ocean front dining area. The other two bedrooms each have two queen beds with a full bath attached. The building is very family oriented with a water slide, splash pad, Lazy River plus the beach! Great Penthouse

We had an amazing time at West II. The condo is amazing and could not ask for better view, beach access, and amenities. Check in/out was very simple and defined in welcome packet. We'll be back for sure.

Days on the lazy river!

Accommodations are great. My granddaughters enjoyed the activities of the beach plus the pools & lazy river. The access to restaurants & grocery stores are good. The condo owners are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable time.

Orange Beach is our favorite place to lay back and enjoy the beaches, restaurants and southern hospitality at its finest. We live just outside of Atlanta GA. and are happy to be able to come to the beach often!

We chose this particular Phoenix property because the amenities and Lazy River are on property. We enjoy the fantastic heated indoor pool and hot tubs in the cooler weather, and find that the fitness center is well-appointed for workout buffs.
