Some of the outlets was not working, shower head in Master Suite shower leaking some bathroom floors was not clean , found hair . Overall house needs a little TLC, overall nice house!

We stayed in this house with 15 people and we were all comfortable - plenty of space to sleep all of us. The house was clean and well kept upon arrival. We had a small AC issue, but once we contacted the host we sent a technician promptly. The host is very responsive. He made the check in process and getting into the house with an early check in very accommodating and quick. Close to the beach- a bike ride away, with tennis courts close by as well. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The pool was a huge plus for everyone as well! Would absolutely stay here again.

Annual golf buddy trip. We have stayed at many places in HHI but this place worked great. 10 guys each had a bed, nice kitchen, large dining room and living area.Will definitely rent again.

Traveled with my brother, his family and both grandmas - 12 in total with 6 of those being children. Great layout of the house - spacious. Front porch awesome for some coffee time. Covered area in the back and nice pool. Park that is directly across the street(2 minute bike ride) has lots of options and is very well kept - was a daily trip there for us in the morning normally and beach is about 5-8 minute bike ride depending on how many kids are riding in the group lol. Singleton beach area was a perfect inbetween with access to a ton. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hilton Head Golf Trip

Stayed here for our group Hilton Head golf trip. Perfect layout, 8 total people each had there own bed, only two had to share a room. Perfect proximity to all on-island courses we played (Sea Pines, Barony and Golden Bear), plus close to multiple breweries and restaurants (specifically Shelter Cove area). Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home!

We had the best time in this beautiful large home. We had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone! We did drive to the beach because the walk was a little much for the little ones. We will stay here again.
