Tradewinds Paradise Villas - 2B Upper Beachfront Condo

Location, Location, Location and my upper level condo has the best location on the island. It is nestled in a beautiful beachfront property location on the quiet north edge of San Pedro, it is a three-minute walk along the beach to everything. You can relax at our pool in the center of our lush tropical gardens with great view of the ocean. Two grocery stores and a Doctor clinic in residence just outside our gate. Not to mention the condo is like home away from home.
My condo has a 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (if requested it can be turn into 2 twin beds), a bath with a hot & cold shower, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, WiFi, central air and linen. A beautiful front porch that has a direct view of the Sea which makes it absolutely spectacular. It has everything you will need weather you want to cook, grill or make a smoothie. There is No motorized traffic in front of our beach. Also, we have 3 other beachfront condos available for rent: 2A -- a our lower unit which is just below this condo if you are interested please refer to ID number 1245841. Our other 2 (23A & 23B) beachfront units can be rented separate or together to accommodate a larger groups. If interested please refer to ID number: 1075918 (23A) & 1107988 (23B).
Best of all, our onsite office with Emanuel and Evelin can help you with everything from making a dinner reservation to booking a tour, diving, fishing, renting a golf cart or just any help you may need. Maid Service as well as your taxi transport form the island airport is included. We also have an onsite laundry service available. Service Include Wash, Dry and Fold for only $1.20US per pound, so pack light if you wish. My staff have all the knowledge and support you will need to enjoy a carefree vacation in one of the nicest units and best locations on the island.

Convenient for a Quick Visit

My husband and I went to San Pedro for a long weekend of diving. Since it was a quick trip, we decided to stay right in town. This location was super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and a dock from which dive boats could pick us up. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected based on the pictures we saw, but the rooms were clean, and the grounds are very well maintained. The only issue is we had a lot of plumbing problems while we were there. The water went out, the water pressure was then very low, and the toilet didn't flush well. Our host was SUPER nice, very responsive, and incredibly helpful. He definitely made our stay comfortable and easy!

Paradise Villas' location is great. Just a short walk on the beach to bars and restaurants and right in front of the Palapa Bar & Grill which is a great place for food and cold buckets of beer. The condo is kept very clean, just as described. We definitely recommend you stay at Paradise Villas.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful quiet property with no motorized traffic between you and the water. The management team was outstanding and their professionalism began months before our arrival with prompt answers to our many questions. We felt pampered by this crew and are certain that you will too. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is that the unit could use a little TLC. That said, it met our needs perfectly. The view from the upstairs balcony is absolutely enchanting. We highly recommend this property.

I first came to Belize in the early 80s. I fell in love with San Pedro and came back at least twice a year. There were only a few hotels to choose from at the time. I picked the Paradise Hotel on the north edge of the village as the best location. I didn't buy anything for quite awhile, but later when they built the Paradise Villas next door, I jumped in. The rest is history . Never looked back. Formed a wholesale travel agency for the country. Then started managing Paradise Villas units in addition to the first one I bought. I live there now and will be there to greet you.

Why they chose this property

Location-Location-Location. Well built Mexican style villas with all the amenities. Minutes on the beach to everything. My personal condo, #23 is also my favorite one in the complex. Back in the day, I could have chose anyone of them. My on site management team is there for your every need. My manager Emanuel for over twenty years is born and raised there. I am sure you will love it here as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

Nothing between you and the ocean when you sit on your veranda. You are in front of the other condos and the pool to your right side. Watch the boats go by and the local high school kids walking the beach to and from school. See you dive, fish, or tour guide pull up to your dock to pick you up. Wave at them and then walk out to adventure. Come back and take a dip in the pool
