pretty, well furnished house in a quiet, beautiful location

We really enjoyed this beautiful house. The covered shady areas with hammocks and deck chairs and the large parasols at the dining table are also great. The household also has everything we wanted for cooking, eating, washing and enjoying our vacation. The landlord gave us helpful information in advance about bike rental and surfing. Communication was uncomplicated and friendly. The proximity to the sea and the quiet location are great!

Nice and quiet holiday home Messanges

Well equipped modern holiday house in a quiet recently developed area between Messanges Plage and the North beach. Shops in Messanges in easy biking and walking distance. Only thing absent is natural shadow, but 2 large parasols take care of most of that. Equipped for outdoor dining and lounging. Supermarket is a bit far away by bike. Recommended for a beach holiday with up to 6 persons.

Très bon séjour

Reçu à l'arrivée par une personne très sympa. Jolie maison bien placée dans un lotissement très calme. Extérieur bien entretenu et sans vis à vis, avec transats et 2 terrasses, ce qui est très appréciable. Cuisine bien équipée, salon très confortable et ameublement de bon goût. Un WC supplémentaire (maison avec 3 chambres et un seul WC) et les lits fait à l'arrivée seraient un réel atout. Je recommande cette maison très agréable à vivre.

Familie, 3 Kinder. Ausreichend Platz, gut ausgestattet. Garage perfekt zum unterstellen von Fahrrädern. Schöne Ferienhaussiedlung. Ruhig und sicher. Toller Strand 3 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Der Ort selbst hat leider nicht viel zu bieten. 1 gute Pizzeria, 1 Bäcker, 1 Tante Emma Laden, 2 Fast Food Läden, 1 Bar. Perfekt angebunden an sehr schöne Radwege. Nächster größerer Supermarkt 3 Km.wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

L'océan en bruit de fond

Jolie maison correspondant en tout point à la description. Bon accueil de la personne responsable. La maison est bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire (cuisine, tv, machine à laver le linge, lave-vaisselle, fournitures divers). Elle dispose de deux terrasses permettant de profiter pleinement des extérieurs. De plus cette maison est située dans un petit quartier très tranquille. Aucune nuisance sonore à déplorer. Lors de fortes chaleurs, la climatisation installée dans chaque pièce est très utile pour rafraîchir la maison. Les lits sont confortables et les 3 chambres permettent d'accueilir 6 personnes avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le vrai plus de cette maison est sa proximité avec l'océan. En 5 minutes, on accède à la plage en vélo. Juste magique, on recommande fortement cette location.

Erholung zwischen Strand und Dorf

Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt im Haus von Herrn Lafitte war sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Das Haus liegt in einer überaus ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen freistehenden Häusern. Der Ortskern der kleinen und sympathischen Gemeinde Messanges ist etwa 1,5 Km entfernt, ebenso der sehr schöne Strand. Ein Highlight war für uns das wunderschöne Naturschutzgebiet rund um den Etang de Moisan. Die Ausstattung des Hauses kann man als hervorragend bezeichnen: Die Küche bietet alles, um sehr gut kochen zu können, die Geräte sind hochwertig und fast alle neu. Auch die anderen Räume sind ordentlich und funktional eingerichtet; es gibt z.B. in jedem Schlafzimmer sehr großzügige Schränke. Die Terrasse bietet mit zwei neuwertigen Sonnenschirmen Schatten, um am großen Tisch draußen auch bei Sonnenschein essen zu können. Falls es regnet, kann man die überdachte Terrasse neben dem Hauseingang nutzen. Die Garage bietet viel Lagerraum, z.B. für Fahrräder, deren Mitnahme oder Anmietung wir nur empfehlen können!. Denn es gibt viele Radwege, die in einem sehr guten Zustand und hervorragend ausgeschildert sind. Man bleibt meist abseits der Autostraßen und fährt durch landschaftlich wunderschöne Gebiete. Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit Herrn Lafitte war unkompliziert und stets hilfreich; allerdings haben wir man in französisch kommuniziert - aber im Internet sind ja genügend Übersetzungshilfen verfügbar. Wir hatten einen sehr aktiven und erholsamen Urlaub in Messanges! Michael und Gaby H.

Wunderbar :-)

Wundervolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und guter Ausstattung. Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter liefen ebenfalls prima! Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und ca. 20 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Naturstrand ist wundervoll!!! In der Stadt gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria und eine gemütliche Tapas Bar. Außerdem einen sehr guten Bäcker und eine süße Creperie. Kleine Supermärkte sind ebenfalls vorhanden und im nächsten Ort gibt es ein Super U. Für Wassersportfreunde gibt es einen Surf Shop im Ort. Surfbretter lassen sich aber auch direkt am Strand ausleihen. Wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

Très bien placé et assez propre

Bien placé Propre et fonctionnelle Je m’interroge juste sur le fait qu’il est certe demandé de faire le ménage en fin de séjour mais pas de complément de ménage entre deux occupants pour s’assurer de la désinfection dans un contexte très particulier que celui du COViD !!!!!

Maison très agréable et au calme

La maison se situe dans un lotissement très calme à proximité de la plage sud de Messanges. Tout est conforme au descriptif, la maison est moderne, confortable et très pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et se sentir comme chez soi. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec nos ados. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très réactifs en cas de besoin.

Jolie maison située dans un lotissement où il fait bon vivre. La piste cyclable à proximité permet d'aller à la plage en vélo en toute sécurité. Tout est prévu dans la maison et le jardin. Un + pour la clilatisatuon. Les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs.

Maison confortable et agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette maison spacieuse pour notre famille de 4 personnes. La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Les équipements sont corrects et très complets, surtout sur le kit bébé . Il y avait tout même jusqu’aux jouets de plage . De plus, la maison est idéalement placée entre les petits commerces et les bons restaurants du village d’un côté et la plage de l’autre en se déplaçant à vélo. Juste 2 petits bémols : La TV est peut être un peu petite et le sol aurait mérité un petit coup de serpillère avant notre arrivée. Mais le reste était très propre .

Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à la réalité et avons été très bien accueillis. Maison très jolie et propre. We spent a fantastic 2 weeks holiday in this property. The house is exactly as described and has been done up to a really high standard. All the equipment is of a very high quality with no expense spared. The house is extremely well located to the fantastic Messanges beach which is lesss than 1 km away. There are several other beaches and lakes nearby providing plenty of options for a fun packed holiday.Naturally it is pretty busy in the month of August but the house is in a lovely little estate just set back fromt the centre of the village providing a real sense of calm after a busy day out. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy this beautiful area.
