Clean & Cozy Condo on 36th St. Steps to Beach, Convention Center, Dining & More!

NOT A PARTY PLACE!!! Our condo is more than "just a rental" as my family often stays here too throughout the year. You must be respectful of our neighbors, some who are there year round. Thank you!

Check-in/check-out on Mondays or Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. (We are often flexible with other check-in/check-out dates. Just ask and we'll see what we can do for you!)

***NO SENIOR WEEKERS PERMITTED...WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25.*** If you are a new user of VRBO or do not have any reviews we will ask you to provide us with a copy of driver's license for proof of age within 24 hours of booking. Thank you for abiding by our rules.

Condo is well furnished and includes granite counter tops with two bar stools and kitchen table with chairs and bench seating for five. The living room has two bamboo swivel chair, a sleeping sofa and a large flat screen smart tv.

The balcony has a set of comfortable and sturdy chairs where you can enjoy some people watching with your favorite beverage. The condo is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, boogie boards, two beach chairs as well as some beach toys for the kids (and adults too!) Save yourself some packing! There are games, cards and puzzles in condo for your use. Kitchen is well stocked for eating in though there are many wonderful restaurants nearby to choose from.

Convenient keypad entry so no need to worry about losing a key.

Free Wi-Fi. Amazon fire stick provided.

BEDS- Comfortable queen size bed in bedroom along with a queen size sleep sofa in living room. Queen Aerobed also available for use if preferred over sleep sofa. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets are available for your use.

LOCATION- Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill is one short block over. Enjoy drinks served to you on the beach or simply walk up to their beach bar. Barn 34 is a favorite breakfast spot of ours and just a minute walk away. Shotti's Point is a pub right across the road with delicious oven fired pizza and really great soft tacos. Convention Center, Seacrets and Jolly Rogers amusement park are just some of the local attractions well within walking distance from our conveniently located condo on 36th street.

PARKING- One parking spot is assigned to condo. There is also free parking in front of condo available on a first come first served basis.

GETTING AROUND- Condo is located directly across the street from bus stop so there is no need to fight the traffic to the inlet or other attractions, just stay parked and hop on the bus!

PLEASE READ- Linens (including bedding and towels) and paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper) are NOT provided. We always stock condo throughout the year with hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We also stock condo when we are there with toilet paper but always recommended bringing a roll or so just in case!

Amazing stay!

Everything was perfect! Melissa is wonderful to work with. The room was very clean, the location is perfect, close to the Convention center and quite a few restaurants too. Hope to stay again next year!

Perfect place!

Love this place

Not much to say that this place don’t say for itself. So clean, great location, comfortable. The condo and the host are being great. My wife and I stayed two years in a row for Bike Week and I ‘ll be looking forward to being here again next year.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this property. Just as last time, it was extremely clean! The location is great, you could walk to Coconuts to get a drink, or to the convention center for whatever is going on during your stay. Melissa is fantastic to work with and such a great host! We certainly hope to stay again next year!

A gem

This property was super clean and comfortable. Melissa was very responsive and gave us some recommendations for food and activities. It was very convenient being steps from the beach. We would take a break and go have lunch then head right back to the beach. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Fantastic!

Great location had all the amenities needed to accommodate our family of four (including two toddlers). Melissa was a great host and super helpful from beginning to end. Condo was super clean and had the perfect amount of space. My husband in particular loved the TV setup, great to put on a movie to have the kids unwind after the beach! Thank you again!!!

Perfect for family with toddler

Melissa was an excellent host and communicated with us prior that there were plenty of amenities that we were able to take advantage of (pack and play, high chair, beach chairs) which cut down on some packing. The location of the unit was perfect. Steps away from beach access and walking distance to Coconuts for food/drinks which is one of our favorite places. The condo was clean and well kept. We have stayed in many places over the years, and it’s clear the owner takes pride in her property. The decorations made the unit feel cozy and just like “home” for the week! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Friends’ Getaway

The property was clean, steps from the beach and near Coconuts outdoor bar/restaurant. We enjoyed live music and good food just 1/2 block from the condo. Definitely will be back!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I rented the place for a weekend away by the beach. The place was great for our needs: nothing fancy but close the beach and easy access to restaurants. It’s a full 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a decent sized kitchen and living space. The included parking space was essential!

Perfect for family vacation

What a perfect place to call home for a week! The owner was so sweet and responsive and the place was absolutely spotless and perfect. All the comforts of home! We especially loved the “beach journal” where other tenants wrote about their stays and favorite spots - that’s how we found our new favorite dinner spot! Thank you so much for a great stay! Great location with easy access

We stayed 4 nights in this cute condo. Great location with easy beach access. It was our first time in OC (from NC) and really enjoyed it. We celebrated my wife's birthday at Sunset Grille and highly recommended it. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the balcony with the PVC chairs and spending sunset on the beach. It was a nice surprise to have an outside wash station to remove the sand before entering the unit. Be sure to check out Barn 34 (2 block walk) for breakfast but go hungry, the portions are overwhelming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit. Ken and Pam

Super Clean and Convenient

My wife and I took an extended weekend to OC and came across Melissa's listing. Everything was flawless from booking, communication with her, the stay, and checkout. This property is also close enough to the far end of the boardwalk if you enjoy walking, but far enough away where it's more quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect. This condo was also by far one of the cleanest and more modern units in the area for a very affordable price. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to coming back!

Very clean, excellent location!

The most important thing to me when I travel is to have a clean room to stay in. The reason I booked this condo is because it had great reviews for cleanliness. And I must say the reviews were correct! As soon as you walk in you can see (and even smell) how clean it is. The location is great! Close to the convention center and great restaurants like Barn 34. Melissa was wonderful to book with! Very responsive and so nice too! We will definitely book again here in the future!!

Why they chose this property

We both vacationed in Ocean City as children and when we had the opportunity to purchase a place of our own and found this beautiful condo so close to the beach we knew it would be a great place to share with our boys and for them to make memories of their own.

What makes this property unique

We purchased this condo in 2018 and fell in love with it right away as it was newly renovated and so close to the beach. Having a clean and comfortable place to stay is very important to us and we know you will love it too!
