The updated guest bathroom boasts a stunning shower, and quality linens and bedding ensure comfort from the moment you arrive,... even if you've caught a bit of sun on your first day.

The kitchen and living room are thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, creating a relaxed atmosphere with scenic outdoor views. Sliding glass doors on the North and West sides of the living room provide expansive views, welcoming in light breezes and the delightful sounds of island laughter and music as watercraft return from a day on the ocean.

There is plenty of room for multuple vehicles. No rvs, campers or motorhomes You can keep a boat on a trailer and launch daily.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

This property DOES NOT have any dockage. You may have your boat on a trailer at the property and launch it daily at the public ramps.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
