Gémenos is a typical Provençal village dominated by the foothills of Sainte-Baume. You can enjoy the freshness of the green park of St Pons. The village is at the limit of the departments of Var and Bouches du Rhône, just a few kilometers from the seaside, 22km from Marseille, 34km from Aix en Provence.
Located between hills and hills, it is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday!

The house is located in a calm and relaxing environment with a view of the pine forest.
Ideal for family vacations.

FURNITURE CLASS 3 STARS

It is organized as follows:

-A bedroom with a 140 bed + a chest of drawers

-A second bedroom with a bunk bed + possibility of lending a folding bed on request.

-A living room with sofa convertible into a 160 X200 bed, a table for 6 place settings, fireplace, flat screen TV. View of the pine forest and stone terrace.

-A fitted open kitchen with: dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, kettle, washing machine. View on wooden terrace.

-A bathroom with walk-in shower.

-Separate WC

-1 wooden terrace at the front of the house (south) with a table for 6 place settings, 2 sun loungers, a Weber gas barbecue.

-1 stone terrace at the back of the house (north) overlooking the pine forest.

-1 above-ground masonry-style swimming pool (exclusively for rental). Dimensions 2.70m X 4.10m depth 1.20m across the entire basin. Removable exterior access ladder (child safety). Pool maintenance carried out by the owners.

Please note: Sheets, tablecloths, tea towels, bath mat provided.

Access to the house is via a private road closed by an electric gate. Private parking space for one to two cars.

The house is adjoining that of the owners (not overlooked, independent garden and swimming pool) available for advice and tourist information.

Maison conforme à son descriptif (pleine de charme, fonctionnelle et très propre). Nous étions 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous avons passé des supers vacances. La maison est idéalement située, au calme et en même temps proche de tout (commerces, plages, centre ville). La piscine est très bien. Les propriétaires sont des personnes adorables, discrètes et très réactifs si besoin. Merci beaucoup car nous revenons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et avec la forte envie de revenir très vite !!!! N'hésitez pas à réserver vous ne serez pas déçus.

Schöne Urlaubsoase

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit hier verbracht, das Haus mit dem Pool ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern super. Die meisten Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten. In dem Haus hat man komplett seine Ruhe und trotzdem ist die Eigentümerin jederzeit zu erreichen und vor Ort, wenn es Probleme gibt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort!

Magnifiques vacances en famille!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances à Gémenos. Très chouette petite maison et piscine. Idéale pour une famille avec deux ou trois enfants. Au calme, dans la nature mais proche de tout (Gémenos, La Ciotat, Cassis, la Cadière d'Azur, Bandol, le Castellet, balade Vallee de st Pons...). Que du bonheur sous le chant des cigales et l'odeur des pins. Propriétaire (et famille) accueillante, très sympa en toute discrétion. Merci à eux! Nous espérons revenir un jour! C'était parfait!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, auch unsere fehlenden Französischkenntnisse waren dank Übersetzungs-App kein Hindernis. Auf alle Fragen und Anmerkungen reagierte Virginie sehr schnell und freundlich (auch schon vor der Reise). Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemenos été 2022

On a passé une semaine très agréable dans le gîte. Le gîte était très propre et le pool pour les enfants (entre 4 et 9 ans) était une attraction inévitable début août 😊. La terrasse était aussi très jolie et on pouvait bien profité de l'après midi car moité était à l'ombre. On a passé des vacances en toute tranquillité ici.

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans cette jolie petite maison très bien équipée, propre, confortable et décorée avec goût. Située au calme de la pinède et idéale et centrale pour les visites (Collines du Garlaban, Aubagne, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Cassis, les calanques, La Ciotat, etc..). Ls terrasse et très calme. La piscine n’est bien sûre pas une piscine olympique mais elle est conforme à la description de l’annonce et largement suffisante pour un couple et 2 enfants. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié et nous aussi! Les propriétaires sont discrets et très arrangeants. Merci encore à vous pour votre accueil. Très bonne continuation à vous.

Gîte agréable dans un environnement boisé mais la route est bruyante quand on est sur la terrasse , cuisine bien équipée, terrasse sans vis à vis, piscine qui demanderait à être chauffée (20°), les propriétaires sont discrets, disponibles et arrangeants.
