Jonathan's communication was outstanding. Any questions I had he answered within an hour. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The view of Turtle Bridge and Silver Lake is delightful. Since there are many stairs, anyone with any type of mobility issue should not rent here. For all others, it is a wonderful environment and place to stay. We will most certainly rent again!

Great place to stay in Rehoboth Beach.

Our family enjoyed staying at Heron Place. We liked the quiet location but were still close to the beach and boardwalk. The views and pool were great and the landscaping is beautiful.

Perfect property a quick walk from Rehobeth Beach. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Jonathan accommodated a late checkout so that we could come back and shower after running the half marathon. Thanks for a great weekend!

Thanks for everything. Possibly have washcloths for your guests. Also a new skillet to cook eggs. Seriously the place is really nice. Also leave directions how to access easiest walk into Rehoboth. Thank you for a great place to stay in my favorite beach town.

A beautiful place!

We had a girls weekend and loved our stay here. It was close to all of the local bars and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay for such a great price!

Quiet gettaway

Very quiet place, we were a little worried at first because it looked like they were doing some construction nearby but there were cleaning up. We go there Friday night and it was a very nice place and very quiet and clean. Very close to all the restaurants and downtown area.

Easter Break

We were looking to relax and enjoy the Rehoboth area, and since it was April, we wanted to stay closer to the lake. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, conveniently located near Rehoboth Beach, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. I highly recommend this place!

Heron Place

We loved it and hope to return. Perfect getaway with the family. Beautiful view of silver lake and proximity to town. We enjoyed the bikes and the beach chairs provided. Great information clearly communicated.

Good place for Rehoboth weekend

I stayed here for the Rehoboth Marathon in December. Everything about the condo was good and as advertised. It’s an easy walk (under a mile) to the bandstand, less to other places on Rehoboth Ave. Jonathan was very responsive and everything about checkin and checkout was easy.
