About this property

Classic Cape cottage with unbeatable ocean views, steps from the beach!

Classic Cape Cod charm in an adorable beach house just steps from the ocean. Watch the boats and ferries go by from the upper deck, and catch a view of the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport. You will be able to walk to the beach in a matter of seconds, and you will be close to town and to the ferries. Children and adults of all ages welcome!.

New siding, new roof, new stove, new beds, new carpeting, freshly painted stairs, kitchen and bedrooms in 2021.

Bathrooms are being renovated in early 2022, and pictures will be updated as soon as they are completed.

Three bedrooms sleep 7 comfortably. First bedroom has one twin and one full mattress. Front bedroom has one full and one twin mattress. Third bedroom is a master bedroom with its own TV and bathroom.

Both bathrooms have a tub and a shower.

This house has been a part of our family for years, first rented when we were children and then owned by us for over 25 years. We hope that you will feel like it is your home away from home after visiting!

Wireless access, dishes, linens and towels provided.

We look forward to your visit!

Wonderful location, large bedrooms with comfortable bedding.

We had a super time at this home. The main area is large enough to sit and relax. The rooms were large and the shower was wonderfully powerful! The kitchen is missing some basics, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, cookie sheets. Overall we were happy here and will definitely consider visiting again.

My Beach House for the Week!

Had a very nice time...so close to the beach!! Great for the kids! Wasn't impressed with house cleaning . Could be better...had to buy a new shower curtain liner for one bathroom. Very moldy with soap scum all over it. Over all, nice place.

Great place on the beach

The property was in an excellent location and was very clean and neat. Unfortunately, the beach it is located steps from (Keyes beach) was closed our entire stay due to high bacteria levels in the water. We were able to find a beach less than a mile away. We loved that we could walk to Main Street, were close to the whale watch we went on, and loved spending time on the deck and looking at the beautiful view.

We are a family anchored in Richmond, Virginia. The parents met in Massachusetts, and our oldest daughter lives on the South Shore. We all get together on the Cape in the summer, and it’s our favorite time of year.

Why they chose this property

We rented this house for many years before we bought it. When it came on the market, we made it ours!

What makes this property unique

The view from the deck is a million dollar view. The breeze from the ocean is lovely. The house is practically on the beach, and when you walk down the path, you will feel like it’s your own special beach.
