Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for the chef in your party. All TV’s are smart. Not pictured are 2 brand-new smart TVs just added to the master suite and the secondary King bedroom. Pin locks and or alarms 5ft up on all doors to help keep your little one safe.

The home is huge and spacious, Perfect for large and small groups alike. Maximum 20. No worries about the neighbors. Privacy galore! We welcome large groups and social gatherings. Perfect for entertaining. Wonderful for those who just want to get away from it all and hide out with your favorite people!

Our place is suitable for well behaved supervised children. Also keep in mind that Florida is a tropical environment. Pest control is done weekly however you might occasionally see a bug, scorpion, lizard, gopher or other rodent. The best way to avoid this is to keep the doors closed.

The bedroom breakdown is as follows. The main master suite has a king size bed and two queen size air mattresses in the closet that can be used anywhere in the house. The second master suite has a king size bed and a queen size pull down sofa, the mermaid room has a full size futon as well as a twin over full bunk bed and a double futon in the closet. The seahorse room has a trundle bed with two single mattresses as well as a twin over full bunk bed. There are also two large sectional sofas that can sleep a minimum of two additional people. Pak n play, high chair, booster seat, bomboo, blankets and towels for babies are in our home! We can accommodate groups of 20.

ATTENTION If you are having a social gathering all of the guest must be included in your booking for the day of your event. Please do not book for six people and expect to host a party of 20.

Reservations longer then 2 weeks will require a cleaning every 10 days provided by a member of our cleaning staff.
