Beautiful setting on the Intracoastal Waterway! Sleeps 6

Quiet location on the Intracoastal Waterway, enjoy the view from the deck or the private dock! One half mile from public boat ramp or a couple miles to the beach so bring your kayak, SUP, fishing rods and golf clubs. It is all about the VIEW. ICW home with private fishing pier. This location is also close to so many things..5 minutes to putting your beach chair on the beautiful sands of of Ocean Isle, numerous golf courses, restaurants, and a multitude of services and conveniences. The best is the walk on your own pier & to sit & watch the boats cruise buy on the ICW. Or just enjoy crabbing and fishing.

The house is listed as 3 bedroom/2 bath which includes the downstairs suite.. There is a 6 PERSON MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN.
3 VEHICLE MAXIMUM INCLUDING BOAT TRAILER


PLEASE NOTE - we do not provide linens or towels. Master is Queen, Second upstairs bedroom is King, Downstairs suite is Queen.

ATTENTION BOATERS - There are no docking facilities. You will need to put in and out daily at the public ramp nearby. Please let owner know if you plan on bringing a boat so that parking options can be discussed. There is no way to turn a boat trailer around in the driveway or at the house.

For Dog Owners: if you want to take your dog to the beach on Ocean Isle: All dogs must be on a leash, contained or fenced at all times. NO DOGS allowed on the beach strand from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No Dogs allowed at any time in Public Access/Parking Areas. The Town does have a Pooper Scooper Ordinance.

There are no docking facilities. Contact owner if bringing a boat. Clean fish at sink on dock. Do not cut bait on dock bench. Stay out of sea grass.
If bringing a pet, must be less than 50 lbs. keep dog on grounds and out of neighbors yard. Please clean up after them.

Fish Camp on the ICW

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the ICW. A very peaceful location with a great deck for observing all who pass on the ICW. The house was very clean and comfortable and a perfect location for us and our pups!

Home away from home is a true statement in regards to this place. We just completed our stay for the 3rd year in a row and have already booked for next summer! Our family of four loves everything about this house: the location, the cleaniness, and the convenience. We spent almost every day at the beach and every day fishing on the pier at the house. Not too mention, we even got some swims in on the waterway. We cannot wait to go back next year!
