Lovely 3 bedroom, well-appointed 7th floor condo. All the comforts of home and then some - recliner, swivel rockers, new/comfortable mattresses and beautifully decorated. There are also brand new floor to ceiling windows looking out onto white sand and gorgeous blue waters! The location is convenient to great restaurants and shopping. Don't miss out on a great opportunity to wake up to a glorious sunrise and end the day with a beautiful sunset, right on the beach.
*Please note: Phoenix II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
