Located on Alabama's beautiful Orange Beach. This condo has been renovated. CHECK-IN 3 P.M. CHECK-OUT 10 A.M. Remodeled 2020/2021. Our complex is completely smoke free. We also include Kerig carafe and pod coffee maker, garbage disposal, blender, washer and dryer and much more. Balcony with table and chairs. This condo is located less than 10 minutes from Wal-Mart,amusement parks, restaurants, water parks, charter boats, fishing, sailing, shopping, movies, tennis, golf and more. Swimming pool has restroom access. Covered picnic area with grills. Covered parking area. Chairs and umbrella are available for rent on the beach. Condo is located on 2nd floor of building, next elevator. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be a $250 fee if it's discovered that our condo or balcony has been smoke in or on. All tenants must be 25 years or older unless you are with a parent. Anyone under the age of 25 can and will be escorted off the premises with no refund. If you are going to need a 2nd parking pass we will have to know this before your 1st payment is made.
If any of the complex rules are broken you may be ask to leave immediately with no refund. PARKING PASS MUST BE FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND IN WINDOW. CARS WILL BE TOWED AT CAR OWNERS EXPENSE IF PASS ISN'T FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND IN CAR WINDOW.

Welcome to Romar Beach Condominium in beautiful Orange Beach,
Alabama. Thank you for choosing Romar Beach as your vacation
destination. Each condominium is individually owned. If you have any
questions regarding our Rules and Regulations, please contact your rental
agency or owner.
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON ROMAR BEACH PROPERTY
2. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS by guests or renters. Only unit owners are allowed to have
pets on premises.
3. Please do not litter. ALL GARBAGE MUST be placed in plastic bags and placed into
the dumpster by the highway, not the cans by the elevator.
4. Nothing shall be thrown, hung, shaken or swept from railings, doors and or
windows.
5. No bicycles, scooters, skateboards or roller blades may be used on walkways, in
elevator or in the parking lot.
6. No loud music or disturbing noises between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
7. No large trucks, trailers, boats or jet skis ALLOWED ON PREMISES for more than
14 days.
8. All vehicles must have an Owner’s Permit or Temporary Parking pass filled out
completely. No recreational or commercial vehicles. Vehicles parked in violation
of these rules will be towed at owner’s sole risk and expense by Hub City Towing

9. NO FIREWORKS
10.No grills or fryers of any type may be used on balconies or walkways. Designated
grills are available by the covered patio on east side of pool area.
11. PLEASE RETURN ALL LUGGAGE CARTS TO GROUND FLOOR.
12. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY ON ELEVATOR.
13. Please read and follow pool rules located near pool area.
Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
14.Pool and patio furniture should NOT be removed from these areas.
