Welcome to Changes in Latitudes on Folly Beach! This 3 bedroom/ 1 bath property is perfect for the family beach retreat or short weekend getaway. Only a short walk to the beach access and to Center Street to experience all that Folly Beach has to offer. The owners made this classic Folly cottage a quaint vacation destination. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.

Open floor plan includes living area with flat-screen TV and upgraded kitchen. Kitchen has updated appliances, granite counter-tops and is stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals.

The first two bedrooms include queen size beds, while the third bedroom includes a bunk-bed setup to allow the property to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The bathroom has a lovely tile walk-in shower and is located off the hall from the bedrooms.

A gas grill is provided for grilling out. Enjoy the yard and screened in porch space, or take a stroll into town to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment found on Center Street...Only 2.5 blocks away!!

Guest Review: Awesome beach condo
We loved our stay! It's super close to the beach (2min walk) to center street (5min walk) with several restaurants and right next door to Bert's market the local 24/7 grocery store that also sells delicious ice cream and other snacks. The description of the condo is 100% accurate and we loved the screened porch. The kitchen is well-stocked, we had plenty of fluffy towels and our stay was just perfect!

Home is strictly non-smoking and not pet friendly. Free WIFI and cable. No dishwasher or washer/dryer in property. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Parking is shared with any guests staying in the downstairs portion of the duplex. Entry, screen porch, and all indoor areas are completely private. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
