Good location with proximity to everything you need in walking range. A little older unit, but clean and pet friendly. Living area is larger in person than the pictures which is useful as the kitchen and guest rooms are not huge...but overall accurately represented in photos and descriptions.

If you’re looking to be close to downtown, this is a great location—it is only 1/2 block to Center St. and 1 block to the beach. But it is a bit noisy if you’re not used to downtown Folly. The condo itself was great—clean and comfortable.

Great stay. Nice patio and convenient location. Was initially worried about loud restaurant next door but everything shut down by 11, so it worked out fine.

Perfect Place In The Perfect Location

This Villa was the perfect place for our family vacation! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The location can’t be beat! One block from the beach / pier and half a block from the main strip! We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent get-away!

We had a wonderful weekend at Folly! The unit is clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and so convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We parked our cars and walked everywhere the entire stay. We were having a girls reunion weekend, but this unit would be great for families as well.

Great location and condo is excellent

Very well maintained and stocked. Would stay there again! Didn’t like the parking spot on E Ashley rd but fortunately we didn’t need to move the car too much.

Valentines mid winter get away fr NJ

Stayed Weds to Monday. Ideal ocean view from deck n LR windows. Close to everything. Nevet moved car except shopping at Walmart n Patriot Point in Charleston and USN Yorktown.Great restaurants and not stuffy.Definitely a go back to for us. 2 middle aged women.

Folly beach stay

Apartment was very nice but there was no hot water in the Master bathroom, we let the property company know and they said they sent someone over (we were out for the day) but it wasn’t fixed. Also if you’re there over the weekend the restaurant next door play loud dance music until about 11pm.

Beautiful and convenient!

We had a great girls reunion weekend at this unit. The condo was spacious, well maintained, decorated very nicely and clean. We had a wonderful time hanging out on the deck - we could see the ocean and could "people watch". Everything to do at Folly is within walking distance of this unit. It is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and night spots. We highly recommend this unit for girls/guys weekends, but perfect for families as well!

Met all our expectations!

Perfect location if you want restaurants, shops, coffee/ice cream, and beach access all walking distance. Enjoyed our small ocean view from the deck and only a minute, across the street, walk to the pier for our morning sunrise beach walks. The villa met all our family's needs and amenities. We didn't need to drive anywhere unless we went to the lighthouse or into Charleston. The Property Manager provided so much good information, it made travel and planning convenient. Looking forward to go back!!

Amazing vacation rental!

My family and I just returned from our first visit to Folly Beach. This unit is fantastic! Very clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped. The balcony is gigantic, and the ocean view is great! It's a quick and easy walk right across the street to the ocean and pier. And literally right around the corner is pretty much every restaurant and shop in Folly. We only moved our car once, to drive to Charleston for the day. I would highly recommend this condo unit.
