Downtown Frankfort-Open YR Round-3BR near Storm Cloud Brewery & Crystal Mountain

Luxury 3 bedroom, one bathroom Condo located right in the heart of Downtown Frankfort. Less than 3 blocks from the Lake Michigan beach and directly across the street from Stormcloud Brewing (M Live’s Best New Brewery)! Steps from the Historic Garden Theater, downtown restaurants and all the Frankfort has to offer!

This beautiful Condo is located above Frankfort Hardware, and does require 2.5 flights of stairs for access. Unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible. Bedroom one features a king bed and closet, and bedroom two a queen. Bedroom three is complete with a queen bed and beautiful view of Betsie Bay and Jacobson’s Marina. A pack-n-play is also available. The spacious wrap around couch pulls out to offer an additional bed. There is a TV located in each bedroom and the main living area.

There is a small blue ray and book collection in the south facing bedroom in case you find yourself with a rainy day.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and eating in, or treat yourself to all of the best food Frankfort has to offer, just steps from your door! There is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen, so you don't have to worry about lugging bottled water either.

The bathroom is complete with a shower and washer/dryer, note that there is no tub in this condo. Towels are provided.

WiFi and cable, as well as Netflix, and Amazon Prime video are available throughout.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Parking is available for one car directly behind the property, additional free 24hr parking is only one block away in the City Municipal Parking lot. Snow removal is provided.

Bike parking: A space is available outside (covered) to lock bikes. Some guests choose to carry their bikes to the second landing (2 flights of stairs) for indoor storage.

It was very spacious with a great view and well stocked kitchen. There were common food items in the kitchen which makes the experience much nicer than a lot of other rentals since it actually usable. Location was excellent.

Why they chose this property

My father designed and built this property as a place for him and his family to stay and vacation while he was working the hardware store directly below the apartment. It was apart of a three level addition to Frankfort Hardware that was completed in 2010.

What makes this property unique

Outstanding view of Betsie Bay, and a small portion of Lake Michigan.

Outside the double sliding doors is Jacobson Marina Resort, which provides interesting boat and sail boat watching. Each night if you stay up until dusk you can watch the "parade of boats" reentering from their day out on the water.

Reverse Osmosis filter in the kitchen for clean drinking water at all times.

TVs with blue ray in all bedrooms.

Cleaned with all natural, essential oil cleaners.
