Newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 2 bed/2 bath modular home within a 55+ community in Palmetto, FL. Just minutes to the Gulf Coast beaches and the finest restaurants in Florida.

We have everything you need: Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, cable, 58″ hdtv, dvd player, hair dryer, iron, washer, dryer... even beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your trip to the beach. Heated community pool!

Palmetto Point is located in a highly desired 55+ community minutes from I-75, I-275, US-41, and the beautiful Sunshine Skyway Bridge. It's an active community with a large clubhouse, heated pool, billiards, and card room. Many activities include coffee hour, dancing, dinner, games, exercise classes, trips, and many social events.

We'll start you out with some items until you can get to the store.

If you enjoy your stay and want to return the following year, you can keep a couple of items in our storage area for your next stay.

You will have access to the entire home. Washer and dryer too.

Palmetto Point is in a 55+ community. At least one person MUST be 55 years of age or older. The second person must be 45 or older.

The driveway & carport can accommodate 2 cars.

Owner will not be available in person during your stay. He will be available by phone.

Palmetto Point is a newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open floorplan, ceiling fans, central air, and plenty of natural light.

We have everything you need for an enjoyable getaway: A fully equipped kitchen, WiFi internet, cable, 65″ HDTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, hairdryers, iron, linens, towels, washer, dryer, and more. We even have beach chairs, umbrellas, ice-packs, and a cooler for your trip to the beach!

We would like to rent to a couple (2 people). You may have 1 guest come for a for a 10 day visit.

We have a 60-day minimum stay from May-Oct... 90-day minimum from Nov-Apr. We'll start you out with some items until you're able to get to the store.

If you enjoy your stay and want to return the following year, you may keep some items in our storage area.

You will have access to the entire home. MBR closet is an owner's closet and is locked. You will have full access and use of the second bedroom closet for any clothes that need hanging plus you'll have all of the dressers and nightstands.

Palmetto Point is in a 55+ community. At least one person MUST be 55 years of age or older. You will have access to the heated community pool, cluhouse, etc.

NO smoking, or pets.

The driveway & carport can accommodate 2 cars.

Owners will not be available in person during your stay. We will be available by phone.

We are located right off of Rt-275, Rt-75, and Rt.-41. Easy access to everywhere you want to be!... 30 minutes to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. 50 minutes to Clearwater. 25 minutes to St. Pete. 10 min to Bradenton. 30 minutes to Sarasota. 50 minutes to Port Charlotte. 35 minutes to Tampa Airport. 25 minutes to Sarasota/Bradenton Airport.
