We loved the property. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the right cooking tools. Plenty of room for our family to hang out. Lots of beautiful places to hike and visit.
We absolutely loved our stay at this Cedar City gem! The location was perfect—just a scenic drive to Zion National Park and tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. The home was sparkling clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were cozy, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore southern Utah in comfort and style!
We stayed six nights in this lovely home. Cedar City is a nice location to go to Bryce NP, Zion NP, St. George, Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, etc. We’d recommend this house - it’s well stocked, clean, nice yard, big rooms. Thank you!

Thank you for staying with us and taking care of the home during your stay.
My husband and I were visiting Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink State Park and Capital Reef. We were busy so it was very nice to unwind at the beautiful house. The gated front yard was convenient for letting our Lab out. We would highly recommend this property.
My husband and I met a couple we have not seen since Dec. 2019. It was a great location to hang out and catch up with our dear friends. We easily traveled to Zion, Bryce Canyon and other sights in the vicinity. The house is very well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, even puzzles and games. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again!
Nice quiet location in Cedar City. Property is nice. As others have mentioned, two of the bathrooms are in one bedroom (a bit odd). Also, there is only one tv in the house, so plan accordingly. Kitchen was well stocked with ingredients/supplies for cooking if desired.

Great location
Very nice and clean house. Incredible views of the mountains east of Cedar City. The front yard was charming with a pergola nestled in the trees, perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee. There were two downsides to the house. The WiFi was extremely slow and the mattress in the master bedroom was very firm, no give at all. Not great for anyone with back issues.

Thanks so much for staying with us. We love being there with the endless views and the cozy yard. We sure wish we could get faster wifi! Limited options in the area and we do have the best available. Mattresses are certainly a matter of taste and difficult to balance for all. We hope to host you again in Cedar City!
We stayed for two weeks at this house, after the first 2 nights we booked for next year. House is large enough to accommodate quite a few people, with an open floor plan, equipped kitchen and a gas grill and plenty of games and puzzles. Lots of towels, along with personal amenities, soap, shampoo etc. Huge garage so no worries about parking outside. Awesome location, quiet, a little out of town, beautiful views from every window of the house. We saw deer often, even in the evenings. Our dog was very calm and comfortable right off the bat, doggy door gave her access to a securely fenced yard. Played golf at Cedar Ridge golf course, about 20 minutes from the house. The local host stopped by to take care of the yard and she gave us some recommendations for restaurants, very good restaurants! lol
This house is even better than the listing. The manager was lovely, and I'm so glad we met. The house was so spacious, comfortable, and that kitchen.... What a dream. So many great appliances and gadgets. The yard was perfect for my son's dog, and for us to hang out. The dog door was a nice convenience. We loved the outdoor grill and balcony off the main area, and even got to pick a few apples from their tree (with permission). Parking in the garage was a great convenience since it did rain a bit during out stay. Highly recommend this place.
Our stay was very relaxing and we loved the house! However, there are a few suggestions for a more comfortable stay. 1- The carpets in bathrooms should have a backing so they do not slip. They are a tripping hazard.2- The couch in living room is very uncomfortable! New couch would be ideal.3- The yard was messy and could have been cleaned up a bit. Plants and trees cut back this time of year. 4- Oven was confusing to use and we had Nicole come over which she did to assist. Thank you for letting us stay in you beautiful home.
Great well stocked home central to Zion and Bryce Canyon
We really enjoyed our stay. We found the property to be well maintained, the house to be stocked with any of the necessities you'd expect (including soap & shampoo in the bathrooms and standard kitchen items in the kitchen). Other reviewers mention that there are two bathrooms in the master. An important point of clarification here: There are three bathrooms total, one that is accessed from the main hallway in the center of the house, and two that are only accessed through the master. So, there is one shared bathroom and two that are private to the master. All are full bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower. All in all, we enjoyed the house and would recommend staying here. Thanks for this great place to stay!

John & his group receive an A+, according to the cleaning crew. Thanks John. We would enjoy having you come back.
This home is perfect!! Nicole is a fantastic manager! The place was spotless when we got there. It is well stocked with everything you possibly need. The kitchen is a dream!! We stayed a month and Nicole reached out to us a few times wondering if we needed anything and providing ideas for things to do in the area. Cedar City is within driving distance to a lot of great hikes and bike trails. We went to St. George a lot to hike. Valley of Fire near Vegas is beautiful. Zion is practically in the backyard. So much to do and see in the area. It’s amazing! Great restaurants too. Cedar city has everything. We brought our pup with and it’s a perfect set-up for dogs. Master bedroom is great with two bathrooms, huge closets and a very comfy bed. I can’t say enough about the home and the area. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was good for all of the hiking that we wanted to do in the Zion Wilderness area and at Bryce. It was also a short drive into Cedar City for food and supplies. Loved the farmer's market on Saturday morning to pick-up fresh produce etc. for cooking. We ate most of our meals in the home and I enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. It is a nice, spacious home that is well built. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful to facilitate a good night's sleep.
I only give 4 stars for the cleanliness of the home. For example, the floors had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the windows were pretty dirty with several bird bombs on each of the big windows in the living room. This issue is easily solved, and we will definitely stay in this home again if we travel to the area.
T & D from NC
Everything was truly great. The manager was very responsive. The house was stocked with everything needed. It had an abundance of beds and bathrooms. And the location was quiet but yet close to town. The only recommendation I have is we struggled IMMENSELY with the TV. It is time to upgrade to a ROKU tv and maybe add an additional to the master bedroom for multiple use. Every night we struggled for 20 minutes and were only able to watch one movie. If you are like us and like to settle with movies and TV at night this may not be the place for you.
location is nice. Kitchen is great. Big garage. As others have stated, the beds are not comfortable (queens), and the '3 bathrooms' in the listing is not necessarily accurate as there are two odd bathrooms in the master, and only 1 for the rest of the home. Thanks!
