Saratoga, ideally located in the heart of Seaside proper, is a spacious and light-filled home that comfortably sleeps up to eight people. Only a short leisurely stroll from the beach and town center, beautiful Saratoga is also only steps away from Seaside’s main pool. The community of Seaside is like no other, with almost half a mile of emerald coastline, award-winning architecture, a lively town center and laid back beach vibe.

Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, Saratoga has a lovely floor plan, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The heart of the home is the large airy kitchen and open concept family room, which is graced by 20-foot high windows and abundant natural light. With fresh white paint and expansive quartz counter tops, the kitchen is fully stocked for the family chef. There is enough room in the living area for your entire group to gather, eat, play games and enjoy the full entertainment center with WiFi-enabled speaker system.

The bedroom layout is ideal and provides for a little peace and serenity after a day at the beach. The airy master bedroom is located on the main floor, with a king bed, large closet and desk. A private washer and dryer, also on ground level, will keep your space tidy and allow you to pack less! The two upstairs bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and vaulted ceilings, are separated by an open hallway which overlooks the living space. One oversize upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a chair and plenty of extra space to spread out. The other bedroom, with a large closet and en suite bathroom also features a queen. Televisions are present in all, and each bedroom opens directly onto the sun-filled porches via private French doors.

Beach vacations are all about rejuvenation, and Saratoga boasts an exceptional outdoor space to help you relax and refresh. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on each of the two grand southern porches, which span the length of the home to capture the sea breeze. A Foosball table and two-seater swing beckon on the top level, and there is room for everyone to spread out on both furnished porches. Our fully enclosed outdoor shower, with both hot and cold running water, is so much fun and helps keep the sand outdoors!
