As mentioned in our property description, the parking is limited in this complex and this property only has one reserved spot. The unit was clean, quiet, well appointed and you can’t beat the location and handy beach access. Folks around the building were friendly and Fernandina Beach seems very safe….our first trip to the area but we will definitely be back!

Most Relaxing Vacation in a Long TIme

I took two of my daughters (16 and 22 years old) and we had a relaxed time listening to the waves and seeing the ocean from the big windows of the living room.The sandy beach was just footsteps from the condo which made this place a want-to-come-back-to type of place.

Great Location

The property was as described and a great location. On the beach and close to downtown. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise each morning. Took a short stroll on the beach and picked up some sea shells. Would stay again.
