Enjoy the private pool or relax in the hot tub while listening to your favorite coastal tunes over the Bluetooth® speakers . Step inside and play a game of pool in the game room while watching your favorite show on the Smart TV with Bluetooth® speakers or doze away an afternoon in one of four bedrooms on this level. Two king bedrooms share a full bath and feature Smart TVs and lovely ocean views. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and Smart TV and one with a pyramid bunk and a standard bunk and Smart TV, have easy access to the full hall bath. On the top level you'll find the king master bedroom with Smart TV, oceanfront views and deck access. Unwind with a movie in the great room on the Smart TV with soundbar. Enjoy a seafood supper in the oceanfront dining area, or simply swap surf stories on the breezy sun deck with ocean views, and glimpses of a shipwreck right off the beach. A second dining table in the great room also converts into a poker table for another entertainment option. After your vacation is over, you’ll have a hard time shaking A REEL ADDICTION.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
