This lovely upper suite is located in a peaceful neighbourhood next to the Oaklands School, near the Jubilee hospital, and Hillside Mall. Direct bus routes are nearby to downtown, University of Victoria and Camosun College or enjoy a short 10 minute or less drive to each. Both bedrooms have comfy pillow-top luxurious queen mattresses. The front yard has a nice north-east facing patio with table, umbrella, and sun chairs. A lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. Private off road parking is available for 2 cars.
The suite is provided with generous starter supplies of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, laundry detergent and more.
The living room has a comfortable queen sofa bed as well as a regular sofa. The 2 bedrooms have queen beds with high quality pure cotton linens, and the bathroom with deep soaker tub has plush new towels. The suite is fully furnished and includes all utilities including 55" 4K Smart TV and high-speed wireless internet, FREE Netflix and Roku Channels. The front patio has a sunny, north-west facing patio with table, umbrella, and chairs. A lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee! Private off road parking is available for 2 cars. The suite sleeps 2 singles or 2 couples comfortably and allows up to 2 more temporary guests. (Max 4 guests including children)
This is a perfect place for an extended stay in Victoria for work, University of Victoria or Camosun College, medical needs, searching for a new home, or extended vacations.

Arrange the Exit Condition inspection with Gary a day before you leave in order to get your damage deposit refund.
Please put all garbage in provided large black bags and leave in the kitchen. Do not put outside in the trash bin.
Upon checkout please phone gary 250-881-4117 when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is located very conveniently on good transportation routes near downtown, UVic and Comosun College, the Jubilee Hospital, Oaklands School, and Hillside Shopping Centre. It has good off street parking, Both the lower and upper suites both have lovely patios. We jumped at the opportunity to purchase this property as we knew it would provide a fantastic rental experience for longer stay travelers to Victoria.
