The neighborhood was very convenient to blowing rock and Boone. 10 min drive to either. The house was beautiful, clean, well decorated and appointed. Beautiful view on the terrace. Fire pit and fire table on the porch or amazing. Gas fireplace in the living room. Plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely go back.

This is our 2nd time to Blowing Rock and it was just as amazing as the first time! We are in love with the town, breweries and wine bars! The town is dog friendly and wonderful! We also enjoyed hiking some of the wonderful trails that are very close! Staying up in the mountains provided a beautiful sunset and relaxing in the hot tub was icing on the cake! We enjoyed cooking in your kitchen, there were plenty of pots and pans along with serving dishes! Your home was perfect for our long weekend for me to enjoy time with my daughter and for her to get away from the grind of veterinary school! We will back! Thank you!

Thats awesome to hear! Blowing Rock is a little gem nestled up here in the High Country
House was stocked beautifully, the fireplace was fantastic and it was very clean. The bird watching from the kitchen window was also wonderful. The entrance to the subdivision and driveway is definitely steep and absolutely requires 4WD in the snow/ice.
So Inclined is so awesome! It’s well equipped, beautifully decorated, and an all around great cabin. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces (hot tub, fire pit, porches) and the private but convenient location. We’ll be back!

This was a great location to App State for visiting our son. We had such a nice family weekend and enjoyed this home. The view from the back decks is so nice. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. The rental agency was very responsive when we have a question on checking out - they emailed back right away on a Sunday evening. We will definitely try to stay here again.

A beautiful, well-appointed 2 story home perfect for just one couple or 3 or 4 add'l guests. Impeccably decorated, and a beautiful mountain view on the porch where one can sip wine, see a gorgeous sunset and watch the hummingbirds up close. Superb location between college-town Boone and quaint Blowing Rock with plenty of dining options. We even used a local delivery service (Boone Delivery) for dinner at home after an exhausting day of hiking. You won't be disappointed!

This was a really nice cabin and very close to Appalachian Ski Resort. Wonderful neighborhood. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare your meals. Even though we didn’t have time there was a fire pit which had seating all around. The family had a wonderful time!
An outstanding property with all the necessary amenities!
Overall and outstanding stay ! The property had everything advertised and was “a home away from home”. The decor is terrific. Thanks much we look forward to our next trip!
Great location between Boone and Blowing Rock. Nice location with plenty of room for a family of four. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit while watching deer in the mornings. Would definitely rent again.
The house is in a perfect location in between Blowing Rock and Boone. It was well-kept and clean, supplied with everything we needed. We had three couples all with children under the age of 2 and the rooms were good size for pack n plays to fit in. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well.
Beautiful home in an adorable neighborhood in Blowing Rock. Very comfortable, we especially loved the fireplace! It rained a lot so we weren’t able to use the fire pit but it looked very nice. I enjoyed having my coffee at the table in the kitchen admiring the views! And the radiant heating in the master bathroom was very welcome in the mornings.
Management was very pleasant and super easy to deal with.
I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!
This place was great for our spring break getaway with the kids. As a family of 4 there was ample room with space to spare. The downstairs game room was so clutch. We could sit upstairs by the fire while the kiddos hung out in the game room. The fire pit was a big hit, as well as the hot tub.
The location was great too! Just a few minutes to Blowing Rock (which is adorable). There are plenty of fun boutiques and restaurants, and a great playground right in the heart of it.
What makes this place so nice was some of the little details that don’t necessarily get mentioned in the listing details. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the right tools and cooking utensils. The bathroom floors were heated.. The landscape lighting kicks on right about the time you’re trying to get your s’more together at the fire pit. The hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival. The trees were trimmed so you get a better view of the mountains from the breakfast table. It’s these little things we especially appreciated that definitely made our vacation easy and enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
Was very pleased with this property. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with cookware and plenty of dishes. The hot tub was great as well as the outdoor fire pit.
The location was so convenient, only 10-15 minutes drive to downtown Blowing Rock.
Would definitely rent this house again!

4 Stars
Overall we absolutely enjoyed the cabin, location was great, amazing views, and very spacious. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is because it was not very clean, the floors weren't clean a lot of hairs and dust, as well as the bathrooms.

Never Again!!!!
I booked a stay on this Property to enjoy the calmness and to go snowboarding with my wife. When we first arrived to the property Saturday night. My wife and I felt a weird energy in the house. We disregard it and went to bed. Next morning, we spend all day snowboarding, once we came back to the cabin around 8pm and we started watching tv, we experienced something of a movie. There was portrait of 2 kids hanging beside the fireplace. The picture seem to be old and black and white. My wife and I didn't feel too comfortable looking at this picture and we decided to move it. We took it downstairs. After few minutes went by, we started hiring noises coming from downstairs. Our dog started to bark and feel uncomfortable. Once again we disregard it. Moments later my wife and I started to feel like we were not alone in the house. We felt an energy in that house that was making us feel like we should not be there. We felt that we needed to leave. I told my wife to pack our things and we left the cabin at 1pm or so. As we packed our things the energy we felt kept getting stronger and stronger, almost like it was rushing us to get out. As we rushed out, we forgot a few things in the house and we drove out.
Next day I called the office to explain everything that happened and I asked to be called back by a manager. I haven't got a called back. I was curious to see if any one else had the same paranormal experience there before.
I did some research on the property and it looks like one of the previous owners of the house, past away there. I just wanted some explanations and to show us attention to our concern.
No one has called us. I'm disappointed on the customer service.
This property is haunted!!
My husband and I drove up from Florida and my daughter and her husband drove from Winston-Salem NC. There was More than enough room for the four of us and a few more would have fit in just fine. The living room and downstairs game/family room were both spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group. We were out of town but close enough that going to dinner or picking up groceries was not a hassle. Although the property is in a small neighborhood, the back decks and jacuzzi felt very private. We all enjoyed our weekend.
