1 large living room with sofa bed 2 places, TV, stereo.

1 equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, nespresso, fridge + freezer) - dishwasher in the laundry room
1 bedroom with double bed and cupboards
1 bathroom with bathtub

1 corridor with lots of storage giving access to the courtyard
1 courtyard of 22m² with garden furniture (table, chairs and large parasol)
1 small utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and sink (practical return from the beach!)
