Perched like Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water over a dramatic, swimmable and fishable serpentine trout creek, this 3-bedroom house is filled with comfortable, Modern period furniture, highest quality beds and linens, and great books. The surrounding landscape is beautifully planned, with a large outdoor stone terrace and grill, fine exterior furniture, stepping lawn terraces, walking paths into the woods...

-MBR = Queen bed, private limestone bathroom with tub, views to the creek.
-BR 2 = Full bed, shared tile bathroom with shower, views to the creek
-BR 3 = Twin sleigh beds, views to lawn and landscape.
-Two living areas with one working fireplace and one decorative fireplace, dining room, all with views to the creek, skylights.

-Outdoor dining on stone patio with outdoor grills.
-AC, Washer/Dryer, Wifi (name and password is on the underside of the device), TV but no cable
-7-10 minutes driving outside the village of Cold Spring / 1:10h from NYC and situated on a quiet dead-end road.
-On 4 acres of land. There is a 100-acre conserved refuge on the other side of the creek. There are incredible hikes and trails right near the property.
-Dramatic rocky alpine gorge with small waterfall is a few steps from the house.

-Pets at discretion of Owner, dog usually ok, no cats.
-Parking is directly in front of the garage only and fits only 1 med and 1 large sized cars side-by-side, not two SUVs.
-Please note, the house is mostly appropriate for up to 4 adults. Both bathrooms are inside bedrooms. The third bedroom is a kids' room.
-Any condiments or other supplies that are used must be replenished.
-Cleaning fee of $150 covers a basic cleaning only, we are not making any money from our cleaners. Please leave the house clean or broom-clean and to the degree possible, please, wash and dry your linens if you have time.
-Please note, as you may see from some of the guest reviews, we have opted for minimal window shades so as not to obstruct the views. Please plan accordingly if morning light disturbs you.
