Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great condo and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked for dishes etc. We ate all our meals on the spacious lanai that was always shaded from extreme sun. The location couldn’t be better for beach and restaurant access. This is the second time we have rented a condo at Kamaole Sands through PMI Maui. Both times the manager has been available and arrived at the condo literally within minutes to provide assistance when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and rental agency.
