Book with confidence, this stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Kamaole Sands that was just remodeled as of February 2018. Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Relaxing island vacation

This condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for our family of four. Air conditioning was a plus. Loved that we could walk across the street daily to go to the beach. Matt was very responsive. He arranged for an air mattress for one of my children along with bedding. We were also able to check in much earlier when our flight arrived at 9:30 am. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

The grounds are so well kept and easy to navigate. Booking with PMI was easy and friendly. We will for sure book with them next time.

The gated community was clean, quiet, and the greenery was beautifully manicured. I felt safe living there for 9 days. The location of the condo was in a good and safe area too. We had easy access to beaches and shopping areas only minutes away. Lastly, the condo was very clean and well kept inside, and the condo was modern with a beautiful living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a beautiful outdoor patio. We really enjoyed the place! We didn’t want to leave! Our hosts were also very responsive anytime we needed anything!I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The location couldn’t be better for beach and restaurant access. This is the second time we have rented a condo at Kamaole Sands through PMI Maui. Both times the manager has been available and arrived at the condo literally within minutes to provide assistance when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and rental agency.

The location was beyond perfect, about a 3 min walk to go to see the sunset by the harbor. You can walk to restaurants and coffee in the morning. Close to Wailea for fancier restaurants or amazing beaches like Makena. About a 50 min drive to Kaanapali. It was just perfect. Clean, inviting, would recommend to everyone.

The owner took great care with flooring, kitchen & bathroom cabinets, updated tiled showers and comfortable furniture. There was no outdated bamboo furniture or palm tree fabric in sight. The newly outfitted kitchen was beautiful and the stackable washer/dryer were easy to use. The grounds are well maintenance and this unit has a nice view and patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys all provided. Owner very responsive about resetting the ice cube maker in refrigerator. Beach, park and beautiful walking trails across the street from the complex. I would happily stay here again.
