Agréable séjour à la Baule
Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage Benoit et à 10 minutes du port du Pouliguen. Moderne et spacieux, il est très lumineux, avec une jolie vue dégagée sur les toits en ardoise de la Baule et sur les pins.

Very nice.
Spacious and modern apartment, worked well for a family of four. It was a joy to sit on the wide balcony overlooking some beautiful trees. Very close to the beach. Apartment on quiet street.

Emplacement exceptionnel à 50m de la plage Benoit de La Baule et 10mn du port du Pouliguen pour faire ses courses, au 2ème étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble de 4, sans vis à vis ( juste des arbres ) et au calme d'une petite rue. Très bel appartement spacieux rénové avec goût et matériaux nobles conforme à la description faite sur le site, avec place de parking en sous sol bien pratique. Idéal pour des vacances "tout à pied". Propriétaire très accueillant.
