A PRIME LOCATION: The Marina's boardwalk is where you find most of the best restaurants of Puerto Vallarta and shopping, it is practically in the back yard of this beautiful 2,000 sq/ft condo and yet, a very quiet place. The beach is only a 5 minutes walk. After arriving you really won't need a car, everything that you may need is within walking distances.
THIS 2,000 sq/ft CONDO FEATURES: A large terrace overlooking the marina & mountains, there are stunning views from practically everywhere inside the condo. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bath. Recently fully remodeled. Full kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances & laundry room. Very bright and comfortable living room with great views, split air conditioners in all rooms.
THE BUILDING: Located in one of the prestige areas of Puerto Vallarta. The Marina Vallarta Golf Course is right in front. We are 5 minutes south from the airport and 15 minutes north from downtown Puerto Vallarta, easy access to taxis and local buses.

We are Sam & Gisele from Eugene, Oregon. After looking in many other countries and cities to purchase our vacation home, we fell in love with Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta has a lot to offer, weather, beaches, mountains, security. Local people are great and courteous, the great food, and so much more. We spent a full month looking for condominiums, until we found this nice place in the Marina.

Why they chose this property
The property has everything that you can think of and the maintenance is impecable, close to everything and very secure. When you are here you really don't want to leave, the atmosphere is amazing. At the marina, downstairs from us, you can book excursions to all kind of water activities, trips and shows. Also, the balcony is directly above the Thursday night market, where you can sit and watch people walk , listen to music or go down for a walk to the malecón and buy your souvenirs.

Being on the Marina with some of the best views around, best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, around the best hospitals, banks, walking distance to supermarket and close to everything, with the tranquility and security makes this condominium a unique place to be.
