About this property

Our home is in a well established area of Anchorage, very close to Anchorage International Airport, Kincaid park and trail systems. Grocery stores and malls are only 5-15 minutes away. Our home is almost 1800sq ft top floor is street level with one short (4”-5”inch) step into home with two queen bedrooms and full bath and contemporary style kitchen on same top floor, downstairs has king master bedroom and another full bath, large family area and full size front loading washer and dryer. Private driveway 2-3 vehicles. Gas bbq grill available. All new furniture and linens. Great breakfast nook with southern exposure! Security cameras on property for home and wild life alerts!

Rude property owner

Paid for this property months in advance. The owner threatened to cancel on me the night before because “I hadn’t been communicating with him” even though I had communicated with him and told him I was hiking in Denali. When we arrived he said we would not be allowed to check in until he had met with each family member and proceeded to complain about millinals (had some in my party), and racial groups who had stayed there in the past. I have a mixed race family and was offended. He told us how he monitors doors and knows when people are going and coming and has cameras outside. I would not book with him again.

Lovely, well stocked vacation rental. Worked great for my family of 6.

This home was well stocked with the basic necessities for our stay. The only thing the teenagers were missing was wifi. But as parents we didn't really mind. The owner was very responsive to our requests and explained things about the house very well before we arrived. And since no one was coming to rent behind us we were able to get a last minute late check-out. Wish all of our stays were this easy. We even had a big bull moose walk right down the street by the house our first night there. We wish

Very accommodating owners. They made sure that we had everything to make our stay enjoyable. I definitely would recommend renting this home when looking for a place in Anchorage!

Clean and comfortable!

Very clean, roomy, and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful as well. I will plan to make another visit in the future and recommend this place to anyone. We even had a moose visit us in the front and back yard! Nothing but good to say about our stay there!!!
