Apartment with air conditioning for 4 to 6 people including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with convertible sofa bed, TV with French and Spanish channels, stereo, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms one with double bed 1.60 m, the other with 2 single beds that can be joined or separated very easily, 2 bathrooms with double sink, bath with shower and WC. The living room and one of the bedrooms have a terrace with furniture: table and chairs near the living room, armchairs and table near the bedroom. By the kitchen, a staircase leads you to the panoramic terrace of 100 m² with covered pergola, view of the golf course and Morocco, equipped with a dining room and a garden furniture as well as deckchairs.
The complex (42 apartments) has 2 large swimming pools (adults and children) with beach beds in a large flowered and wooded garden.
The beach is a 15/20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful property

Communication with the host was easy and he was so helpful. The apartment was beautiful and had everything that was needed. The complex is lovely and location is great 20 minute walk to the port and 10 minute to nearest beach.

the apartment was fully equipped, with plenty of space! the roof terrace is great as well.

what can I say everything was very good from the roof terrace to the to the swimming pool. very well equipped. really enjoyed going down to the marina, to have a meal on an evening. we would definitely like to return at some point in the future!

The accommodation was excellent. The views from the Terrace and the solarium are fantastic of the sea and the mountains. It is very well furnished and has all of the utensils and extras that you would need to have an easy experience and fantastic holiday.Incredibly easy to book and to collect the keys.Communication prior to departing and the instructions about arriving at the apartment were clear simple and easy to follow.I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to any family looking to stay in this area, however a car would be recommended.

Great apt and location walking distance to hills and walks everything you want in the apt only minus was the sofas were not comfy for a long stay could do with updating but don't let this put you off great views from the large upstairs solarium convenient for lift and parking beds were comfy outside choice of furniture was amazing host and agent was very helpful would definitely recommend to anyone and would book again

We have stayed here before and love the area and the accommodation. We may have been the first ones in for some time, because, whilst the house was clean, there was lots of dust on the floors throughout the house. So we had to get the mop and bucket out before we could unpack properly, which was the only disappointment. Other than that, we loved our stay. Many thanks Gerry

Bella Vista Princesa Kristina Hills Apartment

A very clean, tidy and well equipped apartment that generally suited our requirements. The host is polite and responds to emails promptly. This property is situated at the top of a steep hill and would always require a car to get to the beach, the shops and the port/marina. Suggestions to improve the property would be fitting curtains to the main bedroom as the blind is ill fitting and a serious tidy up of all the cables around the TV. These would be problematic for an unattended toddler, Overall though, the property was good value for money and would suit many people.

We had been to the apartment before so new the layout and area. The appartment was as good as last time and the views and area as wonderful. The only downside was the cleaning. Although the apartment was clean the outside space (2 balconies and the wonderful full size roof terrace with it's spiral stairs up to it) there had been no or very little cleaning. We had to sweep under the tables in all these areas and clean the tops of the tables. I don't believe this was the case the last time we visited. But having said that the apartment and facilities were wonderful and we will come again.

El Alojamiento está muy bien. Muy completo y con una terraza en la planta superior estupenda y con todo lo necesario para pasar un gran estancia. La cocina muy completa aunque algunos aparatos no funcionaban como era la cafetera dolce gusto. Es un gran apartamento si quieres pasar unas vacaciones allí pero es necesario vehículo para moverse. Lo peor de todo es el checkout que hay que hacerlo muy temprano. Eso hace que el último dia de vacaciones no lo disfrutes hasta tarde. Deberían tenerlo en cuenta.

Die Ferienwohnung was sehr schön. Sie war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten den wunderschönen Pool fast jeden Tag für uns alleine. Die Dachterrasse war ein Ort zum Entspannen und privat die Sonne zu genießen. Das wir das Auto in der großen Tiefgarage parken konnte war super bequem.Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

... dieses Appartement. Hochwertige Ausstattung an Geräten. Alles vorhanden, was eine tolle Küche braucht, von der Knoblauchpresse bis zum wunderschönen Geschirr. Drei tolle Terrassen um Zeit draußen zu verbringen, mit hochwertigen Sitzgelegenheiten und wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderbar mit Blumen und Bäume bepflanzt, einfach zum Verlieben schön. Marbella, Estepona und Gibraltar waren top erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Everything you could need and masses of private outdoor space

We really liked this apartment. It had far more than most places in terms of equipment the roof terrace is amazing and there are loads of chairs, sunbeds, cushions etc. There is a small spiral staircase to the roof that you need to be mobile and, apparently, a bit brave to use but I liked it. We had use of two pools and the complex is very clean and well looked after. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a bit lumpy so if in doubt take your own. Plenty of towels available and the kitchen has everything you could need. Location is good. The hill is fairly steep if your walking bit you soon get used to it. As usual in Spain if your going by car you always have that moment when you have to pass where your going to turn off the main road and then come back again which takes getting used to. Shops are about a mile away so quite handy. Beach is about half a mile down that hill. Great deals all the way along the coast. We really enjoyed our time at this apartment and we'd recommend it. Only one negative to mention and that is that if you close the balcony doors from the outside, you will be locked out and there's no way of getting back in without someone inside to open the door. As long as you know this you will be ok.

Prachtig penthouse met geweldig terras/uitzicht

Wij hebben het plezier gehad om een week in dit penthouse te verblijven, het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en het appartement zeer proper. De locatie is ook super , dicht bij marbella, malaga en gilbretar. Kort samengevat, super vakantie wij komen zeker terug!

Alles super, genau wie beschrieben. Richtig sauber fand ich es dort nicht. Wir haben am 1. Tag durchgefegt und haben jede Menge Sand entdeckt. Auch in den Ecken war es nicht so sauber. Ansonsten aber super. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Die Wohnung ist oben auf einen Berg.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in diesem super ausgestatteten Appartement. Es ist wirklich alles so wie beschrieben, auch die Bilder des Appartement, alles genauso wenn nicht sogar besser. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet. Wir können es echt zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Fantástico apartamento.

Hemos pasado la primera quincena de agosto en este apartamento y la experiencia ha sido muy buena.La urbanización muy tranquila con unas instalaciones muy buenas y el apartamento muy amplio ,con una terraza muy grande en el ático para disfrutar de las vistas mientras tomas el sol en las tumbonas.Tienes muchos lugares cercanos para visitar tanto de la provincia de Málaga como de Cádiz.

Mucha tranquilidad

La casa muy limpia. Tiene de todo y todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Lugar muy tranquilo y con vistas maravillosas. Inconvenientes; NO hay servicios para ir a pie. Bajar a la playa caminando es estupendo pero para subir hay que concienciarse. Se necesita coche para ir a la playa, comprar o ir a restaurantes. Pero es un lugar estupendo para descansar y desconectar. Nos gustó mucho!
