Great beachfront location, roomy condo with the best ocean view. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Kiddie pool/splash pad looked really nice but we didn’t use it bc I don’t have small children. Did not use pool but I did like that it was indoor/outdoor,however it was somewhat small and only goes to 4.5-5ft. Easy accessible parking. Host communicated well and was always prompt with responses. She even gave us an option for early check-in. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Did not provide parking passes or swim bracelets so you have to get from guard. Some of the other condos provide both.

Place was clean, furnished nicely great balcony with lots of chairs and table and awesome view. Fist place in 40 years of going to Gulf Shores and you get an umbrella and two chairs on the beach included in the cost of the unit . Definently would stay here again .

Excellent location! Within walking distance to many restaurants including The Hangout, DeSotos, Mikee’s, and several others. Beautiful view with large patio. We watched the dolphins every morning and the stars are incredible late at night. Excellent touch by Pari including beach service which includes umbrella and 2 chairs. If I had one complaint which is minimal, there is public access right next to the condo building. People come in and set up tents, chairs and umbrellas directly in front of your reserved area. Excellent condo for couples or family. Swimming pool and kids pool are refreshing.

This condo was great! Very conventiently located. The building was nice and clean; personnel were kind and helpful. Pari communicated well and quickly with us. Beds were comfortable. View was picture perfect. The kids pool/splash pad was a hit with our boys. Our stay came with free rental of 2 beach chairs and umbrella which that was the best! The only "negatives" - there was a layer of dust over everything in the kitchen. The dishes weren't washed the best. The kitchen faucet was leaky. None of these things would prevent us from staying again! Absolute would recommend this location.
