Pa's Place - 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Cottage - Sleeps 5 max

Great, beachy ground level cottage! 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa - Sleeps max of 5 (Over 4 is an additional $25/night per person). 1 full bath - Full kitchen, no dishwasher - Washer & Dryer - Bed linens & towels furnished. Daily housekeeping not provided. Back sitting area and shared Tiki lounging area with grills and corn hole.. Just steps to the beach access (@200ft). Grills and picnic tables available for all units. 2 night minimum. Outside shower provided behind other apartments. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Absolutely NO smoking inside house or pets in or on property. Great place for off season rentals for traveling nurses, or workers or if you just want to escape the fall or winter months from to real cold areas. (rentals varies from Sept. to end of Feb. for 2-3 adults)

Memorial Day weekend

Had a wonderful stay at Pa’s place. It is small but in a great location. Would love if they could add some soap to the showers just to make traveling a bit easier but overall had a great stay.

Great location for quieter side of island but still close to everything. Quick cab ride or longer walk. Only complaint is wifi is not very good, but not a big deal.

We loved that the cottage was close to the beach & within walking distance to local shops & stores! We had family members visiting Tybee also & we were all within minutes of each other which made our visit even better! My wife loved the nautical decor because she grew up near the ocean! Our daughter-in-law & granddaughter loved the beach too!

HANDICAP VACATION

Pa's place was perfert for our vacation. Quaint and cloze to the beach. My wife is handicap and this ground level house was perfect. We were able to borrow a beach wheel chair from the Tybee lifeguard station We will try to book this place again. Oh yea , the outdoor shower .

Perfect quick get away - great location

This little place is quaint and cozy! Just passing through Tybee for a couple of days and it had everything we needed. Lots of great places to eat and shop within walking distance and easy beach access. Management was very communicative and friendly enough to let us in early since we arrived sooner than expected. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks again!!!

Cute house only a block from access to the beach through the backyard. Very close to our favourite restaurant and candy shop. We would definitely stay again during our next visit to Tybee Island.

Wonderful, clean and easy walk to the beach. The owners were very friendly and answered all of my questions. If we needed anything while we were there, they were only a phone call away. We will definitely stay with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

We had a nice stay. The cottage was very cozy and convenient location. Rooms had window AC units which were louder than we could comfortably sleep with, so we turned them off at night. Yard and drive were dirt which we inevitably brought inside despite our conscience efforts not to. Comfortable but dated. Loved the short walk to the beach.

Perfect getaway

Pa’s Place was just perfect. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, doughnut shops. The outdooor area was very nice. We loved the outside shower. We will return.

Arrived with no check-in communication from management. Had to call to get key lock combination. Walked in to musty odor. Mold in bathroom linen area because of no room ventilation. Musty dresser drawers. Rusty clothes dryer. No closet hangars. Cable TV for bedrooms but not in living room. Gaps (bugs) under back door. Very bright light bulbs. Living room seating for only 3. Tiny bedrooms. Comfortable bed. Cheap, wood pulp style toilet paper. Dirt parking space.

Excellent Stay

This was an outstanding bargain for this area and was an outstanding place to stay. A short walk (2-3 minutes) from the beach without having to worry about parking. We parked the cars at the house and basically walked everywere we wanted to go, restaurants, sightseeing, beach, ice cream (check out the sugar shack!). All in all one of our best 4 day weekend stays. I also recommend catching a show at the local theatre, as in live shows, we had a blast.

Lovely home

We got engaged while staying here. It was amazing the house was so comfortable and even with the heat outside the house stayed nice and cool. Ocean was just a 3-4 min walk till you had water on your feet. Recommended this place for everyone. I know I will try to use it again!

Small and quaint but super clean. Location…Location…Location

The property managers helped me pull off a surprise 40th for my wife. My wife usually handles the details, but I wanted to surprise her. Pat and Julie were unbelievably helpful and answered all my questions. Beach access is a simple walk (just a few houses away). Don’t forget to bring bug spray if you are out in the evening (you are on an island…there are going to be a few bugs outside).

Pa's Place is cozy

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was clean and neat and the bedroom mattresses where very comfortable. We loved having the washer and dryer for our beach towels too. The tiki bar area with the gas grill was perfect for dinner before we strolled back down to the beach to watch the fireworks! Thank you for a wonderful staycation!!
