4th Floor Oceanfront Condo available for the Amelia Concours d'Elegance

Our beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath villa will provide the perfect location for your enjoyment at the 2019 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance.
We are local owners and have taken great pride and effort in refurbishing our villa. The kitchen has been upgraded with brand-new appliances and quartz countertops. Four months ago, the bathroom was enlarged and remodeled with a new soaker tub, large vanity, tile, mirrored cabinet, etc.
The unit comfortably sleeps 4 with the king-sized bed and the queen sleeper-sofa.
However, the best part is the beautiful ocean view which immediately grasps your attention when you walk through the door. Whether you are in the kitchen, dining, living area, or bedroom, it is always there for your enjoyment!
And - it's just a short walk to the elevator and down to the pool and the beach or just a 5-minute walk to the Amelia Concours d'Elegance at the Ritz-Carlton.
