This is the second time we've stayed here. Check in is easy, property is clean and so close to the beach. Everything you need is provided including extra beach chairs, body boards and beach towels. The back patio is amazingly huge. We had friends over to play games and there was still plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. New to us was the putting green which my sons loved! I highly recommend this spot. Great value for the price.

What a beautiful little getaway! The property was clean and the hosts were amazing!! They had a spot just for the dogs which our Yorkie loved! They provided so many amenities and beach accessories that we didn’t need to bring much. We will for sure keep this on our repeat list!

This is my 3rd stay here and have booked a fourth. We have stayed in the one bedroom apt and the two bedroom. Both are as described in the listing. The host have been very good to deal with and just continue to improve the property. I know Im making it harder for me to find future open weeks but it truly is a great place to stay

This is my third stay and it was lovely. The house is on the beach, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded. Brenda and Jim are lovely people, and they arr incredibly responsive. The have done everything they can to make this a pleasant experience including rocking swings, a fire pit, a small putting green, and a dog area. Fantastic!

The unit was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The Platt’s were awesome hosts and very responsive with ant inquiries. Close to the center of everything. Our only complaint is the vacation ended.

Everything was very clean and bed was comfy. Didn’t get to enjoy the beach other than a quick walk down the private pier. Nicely appointed and great communication with owner. Location was ideal and close to everything we needed on the island. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in spacious, clean lodgings that open onto multiple dune side decks and a beautiful walkway to one of the best beaches in Florida.

Right on the beach by private walkway. We were disappointed in that we could not reserve it for next year. Everything was as described---well provisioned, lots of outside areas to sit, and very cozy. Wonderful hosts--helped us out in a couple of emergencies. Amelia Island is a real gem, we have never seen a place with so many wonderful restaurants. Wish we could stay here again--

This was our 3rd time staying here, and as always- we enjoyed it greatly!! Check in was very simple; Home is very clean; Jim and Brenda are excellent hosts! They both are always available if needed, and very helpful. Kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker for use. We enjoyed the Beach View…and this year they have a puppy potty area fenced in on the premises- which is very nice!!So happy to have found a CLEAN, PET FRIENDLY, FAMILY FRIENDLY, AFFORDABLE place to enjoy for vacation. We travel from Michigan…and reserved our stay for next year .
