The layout of the house is great. Nice quiet location. Our grandchildren enjoyed the yard and the ping-pong table. A relaxing vacation.

A gorgeous well kept giant home on the most beautiful beach front property with amenities galore! From a fully stocked kitchen to wood for the camp fire you will want for nothing. The owners are so kind and the year round neighbors were incredibly welcoming. We would have stayed longer if we could!

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to be able to come back again. Sitting at the Bay was the best part, so peaceful and beautiful. He had many items for us to use for the beach. From umbrellas to floaties to kid sand toys, and life vests for the kayaks of different sizes and more. We caught a lot of blue crabs with his crab pots. An abundance of bath towels, the beds we found comfortable, lots of extra bedding.Communication was awesome. The house was beautiful. Only an hour from Williamsburg. It was amazing time, and we did not want to leave the description of the house and all the extra goodies that was offered is accurate.

Gwynn Getaway

Our fourth stay at this beautiful property did not disappoint! Even with the extreme heat, we were able to enjoy swimming and fishing as there is always a breeze on the bay. Thank you Brian and Annette for sharing your lovely home with us. We will be back next summer!

Worth every penny! 9 of us stayed there for a week. The house was inviting and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the host was accommodating, the area was quiet and peaceful and the water views were beautiful. We will miss hearing the waves and seeing the bay everyday!

Wonderful stay on the bay

This was our second stay in this home. It is right on the bay with a small, well protected beach. All we needed was provided, including a very well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, kayaks, puzzles, games, and more. The open floor plan was wonderful for family dinners and hang time. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beach/Bay stay

We had a gorgeous week's stay. We had such a good time we asked to stay an additional day, which they were able to accommodate. Days were filled with swimming, kayaking and crabbing. We caught so many keeper crabs that we threw a dozen back.
