Wow! An absolutely fantastic stay! From check in to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute here. The pool was a major factor for us. We spent several hours each day enjoying the private pool. So much so, we had to pull ourselves away to go out. There was air conditioning in each room which was a great option to have when it was too hot. The owner was available anytime we had questions and offered a vast amount of information about the local area. We ended up texting each other just to chat, which was nice. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect place/location which was within a short walk to the beach/restaurants. A solid 10 out of 10.

Wonderful Holiday!

Lovely villa, very clean and equipped with everything you could need! Plenty of chairs, sun loungers, towels and crockery and cutlery. The pool was lovely and clean and maintained twice while we were there. The villa is a 10 minute walk from 2 beautiful beaches. There are a small selection of restaurants within a ten minute walk of the villa. We loved cafe Makai. We were a group ranging from 4 to 74! Everyone had a wonderful time. We would return, but it’s already booked next year in the school holidays!!!

Villa review

We have just had a wonderful 10 nights in the villa. The review that stated the welcome pack was good was very true. It had everything to get you started. The villa was spotlessly clean inside and out. The bedrooms were clean and well presented. There were plenty of towels for the pool and for the bathrooms. The kitchen is full of all the utensils and equipment you need to cook as much or as little as you like. We will definitely return again.

Location of this villa was absolutely perfect…we drive down from the midlands uk, and first thing we have to do is go to the supermarket..after a 3 day journey that’s annoying, but not this villa, the welcome pack had everything we needed to just relax have a drink and feed everybody…the villa was spotless, the pool and garden area were absolutely beautiful..if I had to pick fault with anything it was lack of bath towels, for 8 of us sharing 5 bath towels became a bit annoying and same for pool towels..we didn’t get one each, but not really complaining because it was beautiful, welcoming and I’d stay again in a heartbeat..my family said best holiday/villa and location ever..

Great location near the beach!

Great location near the beach with a fantastic outside space for dining, enjoying a drink and the pool. Good facilties overall and we weren't disappointed. Minor things that could be improved are bedrooms are a bit basic, bed linen and towels are bit tired and a number of bedrooms didn't have a bedside light. The kitchen was super, lots of space and equipment including a great coffee machine. Lacked a couple of things like an Airer/Dryer, mop, brush etc. which are needed when you stay nearly 2 weeks. Juan indicated that somebody would come and clean etc. once during our stay but that didn't happen? Overall we had a great stay and the location and outside space were excellent!

Fantastic Villa

Lovely Villa that didn’t disappoint and met up with the description perfectly. This was a holiday booked pre-Covid and so we were all really looking forward to it. The pool was fantastic and was used throughout our stay but if you prefer the beach it’s literally less than 5 minutes walk away. We didn’t hire a car but the supermarkets and restaurants are all around a 10/ 15 minute walk away and plenty to choose from. There is also the Boulevard Shopping Mall which is worth a trip if you like shopping with lots of big brands & high street names, as well as lovely restaurants. The Villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were toys for the kids and a great welcome pack on our arrival. Would definitely recommend and Andre our host couldn’t have been more helpful.

The villa was absolutely fantastic, very modern and had everything you could possibly need and more.

We had a lovely time at this villa. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and the kitchen was very modern and equipped with everything you could think of. There were plenty of towels and kids toys to use, the air con in every room was perfect for the very hot weather. We had originally booked 2 years ago but due to COVID we was unable to fly, the owner allowed us to postpone not once but twice without any fuss. Upon arrival there was a fridge full of food and drinks which we didn't expect but was very grateful for. Due to a last minute change of our flights the owner allowed us to drop our bags off earlier than the check in, again this was very much appreciated. We couldn't fault anything about the villa or the area it was located. Thank you Andre 😁

Weihnachten in La Zenia

Das Haus liegt sehr gut und ist auch für Hundebsitzer wie uns, sehr gut geeignet, da man in kürzester Zeit mit dem Hund Gassi gehen kann. Der Besitzer war äusserst entgegen kommend und die Kommunikation auch während des Urlaubs war spitze. Nachteilig ist die fehlende Satelliten TV Anlage, nur spanische, terristrische Programme. Das war aber vorher bekannt und konnte durch eine Camping Sat Antenne gelöst werden. Leider ist die Strasse, an der das Haus liegt, etwas herunter gekommen, das tat der ganzen Sache aber keinen Abbruch. Vermutlich wird in der Wintersaison hier wenig oder gar nicht gereinigt, da fast alle Häuser leer stehen.

Great location. Lovely villa. The lack of single beds in all bedrooms makes the house less suitable for groups and more suitable to 4 couples. Sofa beds in living area would be a welcome addition . The 2 nd terrace shown on website was not available for use. The owner was very kind to facilitate an early check in and late check out and the house was very well equipped . Pool was a great facility but may not suit families with young children as quite deep . Very pleasant experience overall

I would like to say what a fantastic time I had here. I stayed in June and the villa was perfect. It is spacious with all the cooking equipment you could dream of. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was just amazing. Cupboards of toys games for the kids. Like being at home very homely would definitely return here as had a wonderful time. So close to the beach. Swimming pool perfect size. Overall the villa made my holiday as it was clean tidy and like living from home to home. Thanks for a pleasant lovely time.

Definately a dream place to stay

The villa was more than we imagined all that one could want in glorious sunny Spain. We spent many days relaxing round the pool which was just right for us and the grandchildren. Excellent location very near beach. The Manager Enrique was extremely helpful. Found some first class restaurant - The Cellar Door, The Papaya Tree and the Fig and Olive all in the top five of the area. Very sad to leave but We will be back !!!!

Superb Holiday Home in La Zenia and Very Near to the Beach

The property was very well positioned, being less than a 2 minute walk from two excellent sandy family beaches in La Zenia. The house was fully equipped, extremely clean, with a suitable living area and some great outdoor spaces. The pool was a bonus as was the vacant parcel next door which was ideal for our pets. We were positively received by Juan who owns the management company who was both courteous and professional and went beyond his call of duty in helping us become familiar with the area. Our family will definitely return to this home (Already tried once but it was already reserved) and would recommend it to all guests.
