Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler. 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a great experience at this place. We had four families visit and we had a great experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for four families because of there being only three bathrooms but everything else was great for us.

Beach Vacation 2025

The condo is nice and updated. There was definitely a lack of cooking utensils and what was available for use was not the greatest. Plenty of silverware, cups, and plates but the pots/pans definitely need updating. 1 baking sheet and very few dishes to bake with. The plastic spoons and spatulas are also not high quality and are difficult to cook with. No extra dish towels for cleaning dishes and drying them.

Spent week here with kids and grandkids. 10 of us total. Great location on beach. 5 minute walk to Bahama Bob’s. Condo was clean and fully furnished. Covered parking was nice. 16th floor and elevator’s were fast and clean. Indoor and outdoor pool for the little ones on a colder day. Had security on property. Only thing I wish they had was a recliner.

Family Vacation 2023

Everything about the property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the 7 adults, 2 children, 2 toddlers, and one infant! Amenities were very nice and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A couple of items to improve: the kitchen stove was well below par for the quality of the unit-had difficulty regulating heat for cooking; the refrigerator was functional but in need of some TLC; more bath linens would be beneficial as well; we purchased (and donated) more kitchen dish towels and wash cloths. Still a 9.5 out of 10 on our rating!
