Air-conditioned property bathed in sunshine in the heart of the vineyards of Var, 230 m2 not overlooked on 2500m2 of fully fenced land with courtyard for parking 4/5 cars. very easy road access. close to all amenities, supermarket, drive, 8 klms from tgv station. very good south west exposure. very big swimming pool with basin for young children and its big beach (terrace) of full foot since the kitchen and stay. From 1 to 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Bed and baby chair possible .3 bathrooms .4 wc. Games room with ping pong and foosball, lit ball field, swing. Free WIFI. Ideal for family up to 10 people
