With modern/contemporary styling, this 2 bedroom-2 bathroom ocean-view unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with no elevator available. It has air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. King beds in the master bedroom and second bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, tennis rackets, and coolers.
L-205 is part of the Maui Kamaole complex, known for its lush landscaping and serenity. Maui Kamaole has two gorgeous pools, and L-205 is located just 48 steps (we’ve counted!) from the “tropical” pool, with lots of flora, water features, a hot tub and a seating area. The other pool, also lovely, is just a few minutes walk away. Maui Kamaole has gas grills peppered throughout the property, as well as two well-maintained tennis courts.
The location of L-205 is perfect. From L-205, you can walk through the Maui Kamaole complex and across Kihei Road and find yourself at the famous Kamaole Beach III beach park in 10 minutes. Or…you can walk 10 additional minutes into the heart of South Kihei to several good restaurants and shops. Or…you can drive into Wailea/Makena and, within 15 minutes, be sunning or snorkeling on the best beaches in all of Maui – Keawakapu Beach, Wailea Beach (and the famous Wailea Beach Path), Polo Beach, Palauea Beach, Po’olenalena Beach, Oneuli Beach (black sand), Big Beach and more. By the way, during winter months, Kihei and Wailea is exactly where the whales hang out just off the shore. And the sunsets you will see all year long from the L-205 lanai are among the most magnificent imaginable.
