We are a 1bedroom/1 bath, NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PET condo located on Manasota Key .Built in 2016, purchased new in 2018.

If you require additional space, we have an adjoining studio which rents separately.

This is an end unit with plenty of windows and natural light.Water is visible from every window! Small view of ocean from the living room!
It has 500 sq. ft. under air +balcony.Combined living area of 500 sq. ft. in each unit.

Sit on your private balconies and enjoy the sunrise on Lemon Bay.Watch the dolphin and Manatee play as you enjoy your morning coffee.

Only 100' away are 5 docks available for fishing and boating. You can even bring your boat! (slips are 1st come,1st serve availability for OUR guests).
Reservations ARE required prior to arrival.
No onsite boat trailers storage allowed .
Off site, local, short term trailer parking can be arranged.Fees apply.
Fishing is available from our docks on the Bay, oceanside from the Beach or fish from our local Pier.
Bait shop located across the street from the pier.

Relax in the new pool directly below the condo.(heated).Large pool deck area for your enjoyment.

Beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is located on the property, just across the street for your morning walks and spectacular sunsets.

Private, assigned, off street covered parking area located beneath condo.

1/4 mile walk to great local pubs, restaurants, bars ,convenience store, beach apparel shops, pizza shop, watersports rentals, Englewood town beach,State Park, etc.

Complimentary golf cart shuttle service (seasonable availability) on the Island if you would rather ride.Local bike rentals available.

Premium memory foam mattress topper w/ mattress pad on king size bed for added comfort.

2 sets of washers and dryers.One set is located in main unit,additional W/D available just outside unit at no charge.

All kitchen ware included if you need a break from our great local restaurants and rather prepare you meals in-house.

There is also 2 gas grill located below our unit by the pool.
Additional gas grills are available at our outdoor kitchen area by the beach where you can prepare meals while overlooking the beach.
If you prefer, there is one grille located Bayside.

Even beach chairs(4),fishing poles(2) ,shell rake and 1 small cooler on wheels are available.They are stored in a private cabinet outside of condo to save space and minimize sand inside of building.

Every Sunday, one hour before sunset, there is a drum circle located on Englewood Beach.Stop by and experience the drums and dancing on the beach.
