One block away from train drop off on Blair and 12th and 2 blocks to the center of down town. 2155 square feet home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, lots of natural light, large family and dining area, and a tv room upstairs. The space : The house is walking distance to restaurants and breweries, hiking trails, 4X4 trails, rivers, skiing and the train. Guest Access: Door key code will be sent by 4pm on arrival day. Rentals for OHV’S, Jeeps, Golf Carts,Bikes, are all within a few blocks.

Perfect Location for a Silverton adventure

The home was perfect for our group of friends staying in town for a ski trip. Very clean large living rooms and beds were new and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Haven

The Cozy Mountain Home in Silverton was the perfect place for us! We were in town for an event and the home provided a comfortable place for our varied group. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the dining area was a great place to end the day together.

Well equipped and roomy. Very quiet. Walking access to everything in town. Hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond. Great location for accessing the amazing trails of the San Juans.

3 king beds and 1 queen…..awesome

Almost perfect place to stay. 2 blocks from downtown. Loved the Avalanche bar/grill and many wonderful boutiques. People were friendly. Only thing I’d add would be 2 more bedroom TVs. The antique furniture was awesome!!!! Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities.

Amazing House

This is a gorgeous house with enough room for 10 people. It has beautiful windows to bring in the natural light. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Very close to the town center. We walked to the town center everyday after we got done on the trails. Property manager was incredible and answered every question we had promptly both before and during our stay there.

Nice place for 6 adults

Comfortable, clean home with a great location and plenty of parking for trucks and utv trailers in front and on the east side of the property. Perhaps a queen bed instead of the double would work better when it’s all adults is in order. The pellet stove was inop and owner asked us not to use it, so hopefully that gets repaired soon, but ni e place and nice host! Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Cousins in Silverton

We all really thought the house was very nice clean and plenty of room. The only issue is the first floor bathroom it is not very safe because of the tub shower no grab bars it was deep and slippery. The location of the toilet was almost impossible to sit on because the tub was so close. It’s an accident waiting happen.

Cute and comfortable...except the first floor bathroom.

The house is in a perfect spot in Silverton and close to the shops and Handlebars Bar. But the first floor bathroom is cramped and small. The claw-foot tub should remain a tub and not a shower with awkward shower curtains. We did have an unexpected guest. We saw a mouse scamper across the living room floor. It didn't bother us but did eat our fruit on the counter. :)

Great place! Could use a main floor bathroom remodel.

Everything was clean and it was a great place to stay. The main floor bathroom could use a remodel due to very tight conditions and a narrow old-fashioned claw foot tub that is the only shower in that bathroom. A person could fall in there! We loved the roomy dining room and living room and the large bedrooms.
