Loved the cottage! Perfect location for us. Close to Picton and close enough to the beach. It's cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. Private and quiet property. Would definitely go back.

Andrea was a very communicative host, left very clear instruction making check in and check out process smoothly. The cottage is very clean, welcoming, had everything you need for lovely stay. The garden is very spacious and lovely, the driving distance to Sandbanks is the cherry on top.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. Andrea was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Communication was excellent. Andrea made us feel very welcome and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The cottage is fully equipped, immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable and super cozy. The location is perfect and it has a beautiful property. It was lovely autumn weather and we had a fun time exploring the area. The fall colours were amazing!Andrea’s kind hospitality was truly exceptional! This cozy cottage is an absolute “gem” and we look forward to returning someday!

Andrea was a great host. Communication was great. She provided yummy pastries and daily park passes. the cottage was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Location is great for Sandbanks. The beds on the main floor were too soft for my liking. A firmer bed was in the loft making it more of a challenge to access the bathroom at night, but overall no complaints.

Peaceful home

Everything was perfect. Our host was amazing answering my questions quickly and effectively. They even helped me when I needed help to find health related information. If you are looking for a great relaxing holiday, stay here. All you need is your clothes and food!
