Welcome to 23 Butternut Lane Sandbanks PEC where nature meets luxury. We are only a 2 hour drive east of Toronto, a 10 minute drive to Sandbank Beach, in close proximity to 32 wineries and breweries, and steps away from relaxing and free amenities. Included are, a family pool, an adult pool, kids playground, walking trails, boat house, fire pits, fitness facility, lakeside patio, open air pavilion, basketball courts, and a putting green.

Famous sunsets on the shores of East Lake, immerse yourself in the 80 acres of natural beauty.

Our cottage is individually owned, furnished and decorated with our own style to meet your needs. This unique cottage has everything you need and more!

As a non-smoking gated community, enjoy the privacy and safety we offer.

We encourage the use of the numerous amenities and activities, all within a short walk or bike ride.

23 Butternut Lane Sandbanks, offers a host of attractions in Prince Edward County, and is the best place to lay your head while you explore the County, or simply look to unwind in a beautiful setting.

Fishers take notice! There are Black Crappie in West Lake, Brown & Rainbow trout in Lake Ontario. May brings walleye season in the Bay of Quinte, and the end of June brings the CSFL to the Bay to fish bass in the Bay and the Main Duck Island.

The Great Salmon hunt weighs in the Big Boys in Wellington all summer long. The Fall brings the big walleye to Picton where anglers from all over Canada and USA come looking for a Trophy walleye.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed a fun family vacation. We love the location (10 minute drive from the Sandbanks beach), the pool and on-site activities. The cottage was very clean and had all of the amenities listed, and there was plenty of room for 2 adults, one teenager and three children. Calvin was very helpful and always reachable.

Good overall

The resort is absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back. This cottage was ok, the furniture was very uncomfortable and there were earwigs in the coffee machine when we went to use it on the first day. There also appeared to be bug feces on the coffee cups which was unfortunate but other than that it’s a nice enough unit. Can’t say enough good things about the resort though!
