All bed and bath linens will be provided during your stay and beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. This is a beautiful oceanfront condo located at the very popular Crescent Shores. The location allows the teens in your group to walk less than a block for ice-cream and a hotdog and hit the giant beach store for fun souvenirs, just steps across Ocean Drive. This condo is a large 4 bedroom / 3 bath on the 1st floor in the South Tower with amazing views over looking the pool, and beyond the dunes, out to the great Atlantic Ocean.

Great Place for a Family to Stay

This was the perfect location for a family to stay. The view is gorgeous and the walk to the beach was so easy. Being on the first floor was wonderful, no waiting for the elevator. The property manager was so helpful from the moment we booked the stay. All directions were clear and communication was awesome. The parking can be tricky but not enough to make us not want to stay again.

Family vacation

The only issue was the lazy river had a lot of bugs on top of the water like it hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise everything else was great! Condo was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice. But there was to many rules. You pay a cleaning fee but in reality you clean your condo or you get a fee. Also you have to turn in your wrist bands for the pool or your charged a fee of 25 dollars per wrist band. You have to vacuum the condo. We will not be back to this condo. Also the pools are very small and you have to park across the street which was very inconvenient especially with children.Also we booked with Owners Direct and they text you constantly wanting to know when and what time you are leaving which was annoying. We will definitely go another route next year.

Great vacation spot for the family

Great location near many attractions and restaurants. The beach right in front of you and well maintained. Grandbabies loved the ocean and the beach was not crowded.

Great Vacation Spot

Took my family on a beach trip to the east coast for my 90 year old grandfather. He wanted to see the ocean one more time in his lifetime. This trip was very special. Don’t recommend being on the first floor. I chose the first floor for my 88 year old grandmother that is scared of heights. Overall, the room was pretty clean, and location was great. Check-in and check out were a little more taskful than I was used to just being that I had to go somewhere other than the condo to pick up a binder with pool passes and parking hangers. Then, had to go back on another day to finish registration due to us checking in on a Saturday after hours. Lastly, having to keep up with 10 rubber wristbands to turn back in was challenging for some reason with kids. Like I said, it wasn’t terrible I just wasn’t used to having to do a true check in and check out in a while. I highly recommend this unit! Lots of space and plenty of room with great ocean views.

Girls trip getaway

Great condo with plenty of room for our whole group. The location was amazing with a restaurant next door and a place across the road to get corn dogs, ice cream and other great snacks. We didn’t have to get in our cars for anything! Dining room seated everyone and with 6 beds there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great place, close to everything!

We love this unit and have stayed a couple of years now. We absolutely love being on the first floor, easy access to the stairs, the beach, and the pool. The unit is spacious and has everything we need. The new floors are really nice, love not having carpet. One suggestion we have, the dark curtains in one of the bedrooms are lovely and keep the room nice and dark, would love to have those same curtains in the rest of the rooms, especially the master. Five am was a little bright each morning! Great stay, can’t wait to go back next year!

It was alright.

The condo was on the first floor which was actually really good. The parking is a bit of a problem sometimes we have to park across the street and you HAVE to have the parking pass. The passes for pool, keys, etc, are expensive if lost but we didn’t see anyone else wear them throughout the vacation. The view was nice, the pool and hot tub were great too. The condo was a bit small and so were the rooms. The property was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived. On the first night we were there someone is another condo nearby was smoking marijuana (you know the smell) and it stinked up our condo as well through who knows what.

Inside our condo the furniture is dated but okay. Kitchen was good. It is left to the renter to sweep the floors before checking out and ours was covered in sand. The tables were dusty and there were crumbs on them.The sliding glass doors were smeared with handprints. A very thorough cleaning should be done between stays. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the place ourselves.

Very unprofessional attire, baseball cap and a rather flippant attitude about our checking in; however when we went back the 2nd time, the ladies at that time were very accomodating and helpful!The accomodations were for the most part very clean; altho there was a lot of dust under the bed and dressers. (We knew this because out little 4 yr old g-daughter was playing hide and seek and came out all dusty from under the bed!)The location couldn't have been better...first floor and very accessible to the pools and beach.All in all, we were pleased with our stay (with the exception of the 2 minor items recalled). We would definitely recommend ODVR to friends.

The parking garage is across the street and is not good for larger vehicles but there is an overflow lot behind the garage that can be used. The rental itself was fair. Fairly stocked/clean. The trash chute is directly across the hall which is convenient. The pool was clean but on the small side. The gym is in the N building. This is not a code access door so don't forget to keep a key with you! Also, don't forget to return your parking passes when you check out ( I did and had to mail back).

We absolutely loved staying on the first floor, I was hesitant at first, worried about privacy as well as views, but the unit had allOf that. It was so great to be able to just walk right up the stairs to our unit and not have to wait for an elevator, this is especially important with 2 children under 3 and 3 more children under 11, who could come and go and they pleased. The unit itself needs just a little updating (dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes so we had to hand wash all week-not fun with 10 people!- and the refrigerator could not seem to catch up and some of our food was ruined-also needs a water/ice dispenser), but overall, we would definitely stay here again! The location is so convenient to Mr. G’s the ice cream shop, we walked to the Plantation Pancake house several mornings, the store across the street is great for last minute items you forget, but best of all were the icee’s being sold each day by the pool, our whole family enjoyed them every day!To the owner: consider updating the dishwasher and refrigerator, it wouldMake your unit perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great week at Myrtle Beach and as always, we love being on the first floor to avoid the overcrowded elevators. This isn’t the most updated unit, it has quite a few things that are old, need to be replaced (ex: alarm clocks, room darkening curtains, extra cooking utensils, balcony furniture is falling apart and uncomfortable to sit on), however, the location being within walking distance of the store, Mr G’s, Molly Darcy’s is helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for 3 days of our stay, which made for some very unhappy teenagers and toddlers. Also, there were several sections around the pool that were closed because of rotting wood that could have been easily and cheaply replaced to allow for more room around the pool, however, these were just taped off and an eye sore. I expect a little more from Crescent Shores as they have been pretty good with outdoor upkeep previously. Overall, the beach is out favorite and so are the icees around the pool, would like for some overall small improvements but we wouldProbably stay here again.

Easy Family Beach Vaycay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First floor end-unit location and proximity to beach and pool were great. 4th bedroom gave us room to spread out. The kitchen had all we needed and unit was in good shape. The only thing we wished for was a larger pool and more pool seating, but my kids had fun despite the crowd. (We saw the pool at Bay Watch a few doors over and had pool envy)
