We had a wonderful time at this home. The views are outstanding, as shown in the photos. So much to do in the area. It was just my husband and I, but this property would be great for children as there is a great outside area for kids. After a long day of hiking and seeing the sites, this home is super comfortable.
We loved our stay here. Our daughters ages 5-10 loved the property, getting to see the deer and the craft building. Everything was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better stay
This place was perfect for our family. We had 8 of us and there was room for everyone. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning and fires in the fire pit every night. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. The place was clean and the appliances were very nice. Our family also enjoyed all the games they had to play! Would definitely stay here again!
We absolutely loved this property. It has amazing views and space for all of us (4 kids ages 15, 13, 8, 6). The home was beautiful (recently renovated) and the location was close to everything. Highly recommend this property to EVERYONE!!!
Our family of five had a wonderful stay in this well appointed house. The home is well equipped and nicely decorated. Our kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table and we all loved the views. It really was a perfect set up! Just make sure you print the directions they send you, since the gps will lead you astray.
We stayed here for four nights with children. The house is perfection. It seems like the owners have planned for everything. Our kids also enjoyed all the fun activities the house had to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and if given the opportunity, we would be back in a heartbeat.
What a beautiful property to relax and enjoy family. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The hosts of thought of every possible need - fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, all sorts of extras to make the stay easy!! The host was very responsive with communication. Easy access to west side of Rocky Mountain National Park and Town of Grand Lake and Granby.
This rental was the perfect house for my family. It was nicely situated between Grand Lake and Granby, and close to some great hikes. The house was far enough from the busyness of town but close enough to drive in for lunch or dinner. It was very clean and was decorated very nicely. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck and the dreamy master bedroom suite. We would not hesitate to recommend this place!

Super cute, had absolutely everything we needed!
We loved this cabin! It literally had everything we needed,a ll the little touches were perfect. We saw elk, antelope, beautiful birds, mountain views and lake views. We could also hear the stream trickling from the deck. Will be back and will tell all our friends!
Wonderful property that was perfect for our stay. The converted greenhouse was a treasure for journaling, writing, while feeling like you were in a hidden private sanctuary. The greenhouse allowed a space to relax, soak in the beautiful views, and drift away in the peacefulness. Not one detail is missed in the home from soft sheets, comfortable beds, and every kitchen utensils needed to stay in and cook. I would highly recommend. The location is excellent, close to Grand Lake and Grandby. We looking forward to another stay when we get back to Grand Lake again.

My husband & I, and our daughter are all from Boise & we met our son & his family here for 4 nights. We also were joined for a meal by my sister & her family from Kansas. They were staying about a mile straight south of us. We had a grand time imagining what animals lived here at one time, at Hope Farm. My sister has a farm in Kansas, so we imagined chickens & maybe a cow or a pony. We played ping pong & darts + board games. We explored the property and enjoyed looking at wild flowers. We read, played games, and explored the area west of the drive way, also. The house is just beautiful, kitchen fabulously equipped - lovely linens, decor, fabulous place. Wonderful books. We had a wonderful stay. Warmest regards
This place was amazing. Communication was great. It was exactly what we expected and more. I loved how family friendly it was and everyone had their own space. The views can't be beat between watching the deer cross the valley and watching shooting stars at night.
We found this place to be everything we had hoped for. Clean property, with lots of amenities, in a great location, away from it all without being too far from the best things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Can't say enough about this very beautiful and peaceful home. The home is loaded with many kitchen items, the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the game shed is a bonus. The views are amazing and it's in a great location that is easily accessible to the many adventures available in the area. Joshua is very responsive and an excellent host. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.
We really enjoyed our time at hope farm. What a gorgeous view and amazing location. There was plenty to do including the game room, toys and books for our son and plenty of movies to choose from. Comfortable beds, good cooking accommodations and plenty of wood for the fire. Needs a new hair dryer though. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this quaint cabin.
This house was perfect for my group of friends and I. It was very cozy and comfortable. We wish we could’ve used the garage game cabin, but it was too cold (it’d be perfect for a summer trip). There was a man who came by many times and shoveled the drive up for us which was so nice and convenient for us because it did snow quite a bit. We loved the views, fireplaces and firewood, the amenities, all the little things such as the extra boots (we didn’t expect so much snow), the spices, the utilities and kitchen supplies, and more. One thing we did wish was that there was a tv upstairs - for football purposes for the men and so we could all be together. We had quite a bit of trash at the end of our trip and the trash can was full outside before we got there. (We really hope that where we left the trash - outside the basement door entrance - is okay. It was such a great trip with beautiful scenery and a beautiful cabin. Thank you for making our new year special!!
What a delightful home. We absolutely loved the game room and the coziness of the master bedroom. The views are to die for and waking up in the morning sitting on the patio watching the deer is priceless. It’s a must stay for relaxation and family time. There is So much room and the home.
Amazing place if you just want to relax and go 4 wheeling
The property was amazing. Way better than the pictures. So much space, it was nice to have a washer and dryer there. I would definitely recommend it to someone else. The only thing I was bummer about was not signing the book. So many great stories from family's that have stayed there and what they loved best about this place.
Great private location. Close to Grand Lake and west side of RMNP
Beautiful home. Very private. If you’re looking for a home near RMNP look no further. Much nicer and quieter than the east side or Estes. My Wife and I had a wonderful time.
We were very impressed by the property and how homey and beautiful it was. This was absolutely perfect for our family. The owners made the check in/check out process very easy and provided us with all the information we needed.
We had a really wonderful visit to Hope Farm. The kids had a blast exploring the property and out buildings and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We cooked all of our meals and found the kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. We loved watching for the deer family in the willows and the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The kids want to know when we’re going back. Thank you for the memories.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hope Farm! The location is incredible and the views are so relaxing and peaceful. If you are looking for something in town with lots to do right by it, this isn't the one, but if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and have incredible views and a little bit of a drive to town, this is the one! My favorite part of this house was the kitchen area with its beautiful views and lighting, pictures do not do it justice. There are also plenty of games and movies and fun things to do around the property. We slept comfortably on the pull out couch bed since we had a large group, the master bedroom was beautiful! The little loft upstairs is short and small but has a nice bed. There is no air conditioning but you dont really need it. Overall a great stay.
