Cozy, comfortable and fully furnished home equipped with all you’ll need for your stay in Rochester. There are hardwood floors throughout the home with 6 total bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the second floor. Located just one block from Mayo's pedestrian tunnel system w/ climate controlled access to Mayo Clinic and downtown.This is a smoke-free and pet-free home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, baking sheets, coffee maker, tupperware, and more! The home comes furnished with towels, linens, organic cotton sheets and comfortable new beds. Wifi, extensive cable channels, Apple TV, dvd player and filtered drinking water are all available. Onsite parking included. This is a newer listing so please see our other properties for reviews.
Guests have access to both the main floor and second floor of the home.

We provide the following items in all of our homes (enough to get started, you may need to refill depending upon the length of your stay):

SO Convenient!

As with many people who visit Rochester, our family had an unexpected trip to Mayo. After several days of hopping from one hotel to another we decided to consolidate and saty at Kudsky. The space and location were comfortable and convenient. The house is laid out so there are areas for gathering and much needed respite. We will definitely stay again.

Spacious, comfy house in terrific location

If you want to be in walking distance to May and need lots of space, this house is a fabulous option! Newly renovated inside with new appliances, linens and technology. Spacious dining and living area for a family with a nice open porch. While it is on a busy street, we still found it to be quiet and loved being able to walk the neighborhoods as we were recovering. The outside still needs lots of work, hope they get to it soon because it really underserves how nice the house is on the inside.

The house allowed us to bring 4 generations together in comfort. From the living room to the kitchen and dining room the character of the property delivered the warmth a November day in Minnesota calls for Clean, well stocked and convenient were pluses to be appreciated

Wonderful modernized clean charming home.

Ten family members stayed for a wedding in this beautiful old home. Plenty of room for everyone. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen and baths. Great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants and the Mayo.

So many bugs!

We encountered so many bugs throughout our stay! The first issue was the live and dead bugs found in the sheets of two different beds. Then, on day two, we had two different ant infestations, thousands of ants throughout the main living area, it was horrible.
